Dr. William R. Nesmith, MD

My son has autism and sometimes he will act in ways that a lot of people get annoyed by. Dr. NeSmith makes me feel like I’m the best mom in the world and treats my child like he’s a joy to have not a burden. My son responds well to him. It’s comforting . I’ve read reviews about office staff but I have never experienced anything but helpful staff. I know they are busy and I don’t know what is expected of them that they are not providing , but my husband and I always get our needs met, questions answered and concerns validated. I would recommend them to anyone with children. We love them. ❤

We have always had a great experience with Dr Nesmith and his team of nurses. I know my kids are in great hands with him. He is very personable, never rushes you and my kids LOVE chatting with him. We have never had to wait long to be seen in emergencies. Very clean facilities and cute, kid friendly themed rooms.

We have been taking both of our kids here since they were born. Doctors and staff have been really good with the kids and the facility is really nice.

Dr. NeSmith is great and my kids love him. Highly recommend.

Worse office in Waco, used them without a problem for about 3 years then I decided I had enough. Very rude and cold hearted. Doctors do not have a clue, told me my daughter wasnt sick and she had a sore throat, went back 3 other times in week because she would not eat. Went to Hillcrest and she had sores on back of her throat, very obivious and I feel horrible for not noticing them but the doctor should have at least looked. I have filed a complaint with medical board.

We just recently moved to Waco and while searching for my daughter a new Pediatrician, I came across Heart of Texas Pediatric's, after calling and speaking with their VERY RUDE operator I will continue to search elsewhere.

The staff is rediculous.. I don’t recommend
