Large WMA with hiking trails and some wildlife. Can be busy during weekends with some undesirable individuals. Thefts have been reported.

The mosquitoes rival the ducks, but there are little Oasis and Garden of Edens tuck away here and there. Be safe out there, and enjoy the view!

I was not at the refuge like my phone thought I was. I was in traffic on that bridge. I cross that bridge twice a day almost every day for over 13 years now. If they would do away with split speed limits and lane restrictions conditions would improve. It would be a lot safer and traffic would flow a lot better.

Beautiful place to experience nature whether you live here or are from out of town. We primarily use the shooting range but have hunted and fished here before. Take a ride down the nature trail to enjoy watching the wildlife and the simpler things in life.

Used the rifle and pistol rang...outdoor range, well kept, wish the rifle range was longer distance, but for a 100 yard range not bad. Tables are high, may want to bring a bar stool if you're average height or shorter.

Nice gun ranges here. It's what I mostly go here for so I can't speak for much else in the refuge but the gun ranges work well for me.

Great beautiful place to camp out at only drawback is the rifle range but at night so pleasant and quiet the park rangers are so helpful. Will be returning.

It's so nice to be able to pull back into nature when I need it!!! Or to do some legal shooting WITHOUT a range master and all the BS!! I LOVE Sherburne
