Things were delivered promptly and as promised. The spray on protectant was very fresh and wet and was jarring at first but not terrible. The guys were nice and respectful and made sure things were as we wanted them even moving the furniture around more than once.

I came into Farmer's Furniture on Black Friday looking for a recliner for my husband who is very ill with cancer. I knew a comfortable recliner would add to his comfort. The company associate who worked with me to find a chair was very understanding and compassionate. The next day I brought my husband in to try out the recliner I had chosen. My thanks go out to the associate I worked with in helping us to choose a comfortable recliner my husband was pleased with. The Black Friday discount made it possible for us to afford the furniture. As my husband and I were on our way to the hospital for his cancer treatment, the associate called and said Farmer's Furniture would deliver the chair with no charge. Thank you so much for showing such compassion.

Great place to shop for home furniture. We have made multiple purchases here and we like doing business with them. The personal touch and reasonable delivery time is not available at the big box stores.

Farmers had exactly what I was looking for to fill my spaces. Delivery was quick, within two days and the delivery was done with care. The gentlemen measured the entry spaces to ensure no damage would be done and cleaned up afterwards.

The delivery guys were very nice and respectful of the fact I was working and on a call. They were quiet and very friendly. This was my 2nd experience and I am very pleased with the service.

All of the staff I’ve come in contact with was very polite and helpful every time that I’ve come here, they even let my son play with the balloons from the their sales display. I had an issue with being charged twice (I changed my mind and decided to put one back and was accidentally charged for both) they were very polite and giving me a credit and helping load a twin sized mattress in my car to avoid the delivery fee. The items I did have delivered were delivered within 5 days and only took less than a hour to put together. I will definitely be back.

Thank you Farmer for the great customer service. I bought a TV set and it comes with a door that looks different level each other. I call the store and the manager text me I send a photo. He graciously send a person that fix the issue. That's a wonderfull customer service. Thank you.

I visited store looking for furniture for my grandson and the sales person was helpful. Loved selection and easy purchasing process.

I was happy with at the beginning then when furniture was delivered the delivery guy said he was told table was on backorder he didn't't know why when there was one of the show floor so we had to go pick it up ourselves. Besides that I was pleased

Great piece of furniture and great service

My husband and i were greeted at the door.We came in to look at day beds and the salesman took us to the available stock. Liked what we saw went to his desk and less than 5 minutes later was paying for my daybed and mattress. No pressure sales very clean and nicely arranged furniture thru out the store.Picked up my items the next week. Was greeted at door walked to customer services told them my name and few minutes later my items were on the delivery dock and loaded on my truck. Highly recommended 👌
