Walmart Pharmacy at A St Anchorage, Alaska has been my choice among the Pharmacies in town despite of being far from my place. This is so because of employees who set as assets to your company. There are few that I would like to send praises, but lost their names. But one who I distinctly remember that I salute and would like to acknowledge. Among them, I would like to put emphasize in recommending an employee, Fe Folante, Pharmacy technician. Foremost her customer-Service Skill is remarkable. She truly spends quality time with all customers but yet she can continue to display her multi task ability without compromising every customer's needs and remains calm and very respectful of every diverse individuals. When she teaches, her detailed-oriented information are communicated well coupled with her listening skills. One of her strengths is problem solving as evidenced by other employees approaching her for an issue where she responded well. She also demonstrates accountability in her action. She keeps her demeanor calm despite of I will say a complete chaos with busy day to day activities with customers who are unbelievably out of their mine and way too demanding. Thank you

Best Walmart pharmacy in the area. Fast service and very helpful staff. Joshua, the pharmacist was incredibly professional and courteous. He helped me figure out a problem with my rx and my insurance. Will be recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you!

I recently moved to Alaska and I had to transfer my medication and upon request the pharmacy assistant named Leah helped me with the transfer. She was very friendly, professional, polite and courteous answering all my questions. She was very helpful and had knowledge about the medications, Great Job Leah!!! You're a great asset to the company.

I love Walmart midtown, despite two bad reviews, they have the nicest employees there. Especially the young lady who works in Personnel. Her badge reads Cheryl A. she is always friendly, helpful and always greet customers with a smile. I look for her every time I shop at Walmart midtown. The other employees I like there are Ken and Mike, they too always greet me with a smile and have great stories to tell. You need help, ask for Cheryl A. Mike or Ken. Or I'd bet any associate there would be just as happy to help you.

This is the best pharmacy experience I have had and I have been to lots of pharmacies. They are all helpful and friendly.

went for a refill today. 3/1 @ 6:30pm. was told by her (there were 2 people including her) to wait while they get it ready. they proceed to help about 3 other people and 1 specificly “she’s the last person, we’re just opening for her” by the other girl to people who just came after 7pm mark. then they proceed to give her her refill. the girl who TOLD us to wait, proceeds to close and disappear. i watch her close but didn’t say anything to her because she TOLD US to wait so i think okay, we’re waiting like you TOLD us to wait so ur gonna close and then get us our refill cause u CLEARLY, SEE us sitting on the bench, WAITING. after 15 minutes i think, oookay, she’s gone. is she coming back to give us our refill LIKE SHE TOLD US TO? i didn’t say anything cause she SEES us. she KNOWS we’re still there. she could’ve told us it’s late and we’ll have to do it tomorrow. we waited 40 minutes. just for her to disappear. we asked a random associate but she couldn’t do anything cause both the pharmacy girl was gone. we went to customer service and they couldn’t do anything because the pharmacy is a third party. i’m not happy that i was told to wait, 40 minutes for her to disappear after helping “the last customer” with her refill THAT TOOK HER MINUTES to do while she SEES us. like ?????????? what was the point of telling us to wait if u didn’t want to help us???

edit: came back 3/2 @ 6pm and the pharmacist (lead - Madelin!) was there today. she did say she saw our review, understood us, that we were a valued customer, and will talk to the person who did that to us. i greatly appreciated being understood! i was NOT happy yesterday! thanks for understanding! the people today were great.

I did not particularly like this location. It felt unsafe to me—just too many suspicious activities in the parking lot and along the side of the road.

Super rude people they seem to only assist their own kind of people ( phillipinos) but to everyone else it's no eye contact no greetings super rude and takes over 1 hour to pick up medication! Wont ever be using them anymore
