The Home Depot

This is my favorite Home Depot to shop at in the Anchorage area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is kept tidy and well stocked. Sam at the Pro Desk is my go-to guy. He helps keep my business running.

I was finding PVC parts to build a nerf gun through their well organized selection. Though they were out of the 2’ sections of the size that I wanted, they offered an 8’ pieces at discount and cut it for me. The team was friendly and professional. Great customer service!

Updated 2020 loved walking through the garden center taking photos being inspired by all the pretty colors. The staff are so friendly. parking is easy. Great prices

2018- Great place has everything in my one place. Gardening center is so beautiful to walk through. They are always so very helpful and knowledgeable. Its easy to find what u need they have signs for every aisle and department. I like that they have discounted items in back of store too worth checking out. They have good return policy as long as you have your receipt. They also have a you scan so u can hurry pst people with big orders.

2nd trip for snow blower purchase. 6 unit avail 4 days ago, only 4 left today. Deliver available Sat. Made sure had oil. Young man on floor & cust service very helpful. Knowledgeable.

I do like shopping here. Some days are good some not so good. I found the part I was looking for fairly quick. After being told by two separate employees in a rudish manner that they were to busy to help and the 3rd employee telling me I need to learn how to read. I was floored by that response and bit my tongue. Anyways some days are better than others. Be kind

The warehouse has a lot of space, it is stocked nicely and it's clean

Friendly atmosphere. Clean store. New bathrooms. Great deli at the entrance. Huge holiday selection.

Always meet my expectations. The only problem sometimes is the website and things that i want but can't be shipped here in Alaska.

Great selection and friendly staff. I was able to get all I needed to start my seedlings and plants for the season! Their Christmas clearence selection was also amazing!

Home Depot does a good job. Find most of the staff cares and tries their best. All businesses are challenged lately with finding team members who care. Dont blame the company blame the Government for handing out free money. When a person is actually grateful to have a job, they generally try to do a good job. Because some people dont have to work and have the dont care attitude the employees who do show up have to put up with team members who dont show up to work, rude customers, and crazy work schedules. Its hard on everyone. Encourage the business who are doing their best and encourage their employees and things may actually get better. Keep Swinging for the fences America!

Although I did not find what I wanted just got this very helpful. Several people approached me during my walk about and ask me if I need help. Way more helpful than the neighbor Lowe's. The help desk looked up my item and it was sold out online also. But I was very happy with how attentive home Depot is. Don't expect the same from Lowe's. Home Depot all the way!

Great. Everyone was so kind. We did not have masks because vaccinated but no one treated us with disrespectful behavior. We will return this facility is our favorite. People are kind and helpful.

I mainly go for kid build day, but they have my loyalty and rating for it.

I would say it hasn't changed much except the pricing has really increased on most things...normal for our post covid world. And there are several self checkout stations now, they were pretty easy to use actually.

Homedepot always a good place to visit. Seldom disappointed finding what I'm looking for. Am a veteran and get a 10% discount which really helps during these hard times.

They had what I needed. I teach a tool use class and needed safety equipment. Easy in and out. I used the self check-out. It went smoothly.
