Customer service was excellent. We have a appointment Thursday between 8 and 12 to measure for carpet and hard wood floors. They were very helpful.

I come to Lowe's, to do work on my rental property, I asked questions about painting my front porch during this trip, and the woman working was very nice and helpful. She knew exactly what I needed and what questions to ask. I use the self-checkout and I never have a problem.

Jay and Jesse in the flooring department are fantastic! Jay always kept me updated when waiting for my flooring to be completed! Both of you are very appreciated! Ashtabula Lowe's you have a great flooring team!

The staff, bless their hearts, navigates my confusion with the grace of a dance instructor dealing with a student who thinks a hammer is a musical instrument. They deserve medals for maintaining poker faces while I ask, “Is this a power drill or a spaceship control panel?”

And let’s not forget the epic saga of attempting to build furniture. Step one: confidence. Step two: confusion. Step three: a masterpiece that would make abstract art jealous. I’ve turned assembling a bookshelf into a performance art piece, and Lowe’s is my avant-garde gallery.

Great staff. Very clean and organized

Every time I go to this home improvement superstore I am impressed; Never overcrowded, strong selection, super-helpful salespeople. And the drive-in on route 11 is always easy.

Decent selection of house plants

Went for Loppers and they had more than enough to choose from with all but one in stock. Also shopped for perennials for late season planting and had a nice assortment.

My wife and I had amber in flooring help us . She knew how to get the job done. And was honest about everything. .

Customer service people aren’t very personal but always fast to get the transaction done quickly. Store is well stocked, garden center always has plants on clearance. Use your Lowes credit card and save 5% on total purchase.

Lowes rarely disappoints. They have about anything you could imagine for your home to do about any project you can imagine. They also have a huge garden center too.

I can find anything here and they have some cool Halloween stuff

I'm currently remodeling my home. All rooms. Everyone is so helpful and friendly each time I go in. This store can get busy in appliances too. They really do their best to make sure everyone is helped. I saw this yesterday while I was in there purchasing a washer. I witnessed these employees running around helping everyone. Then comes in a 'Karen" her husband and two grown kids ignoring the crowd of people, expecting to helped immediately. They even interrupted an employee answering questions for another customer. These employees handled it like professionals. This family response is "we'll take our business to home Depot." Lady, you're gonna wait to be assisted there too. Except at home Depot you can't find a worker and when you do they have no idea how to help you like it's their first day on the job. I clap my hands to retail workers, especially the two at Lowes yesterday.

I absolutely love this store. Since I've been shopping here since 1996 and I have noticed a huge transformation in customer service since Traci has become the store manager. I mean, the change is noticeable.
Mandy, JW, Josh & Quinten, Sally and Austin always provide me with excellent customer service when I have complicated issues. Abbey & Chris are the most knowledgeable in the paint department. Whenever I need building supplies I always look to talk to Ron, Adge & Melanie as they can always provide me with answers for my projects.
Stan & Mike in plumbing are the best. Matt & Randy in flooring and Earl in electrical round out an all star cast of people who make my daily experience easier each time I shop here.
I just enjoy this place and the awesome employees.

The Ashtabula Lowe's seems well stocked and it's well staffed. Be aware there have been some changes to military discounts so if you have that you may not be able to use it on certain products. I believe it specifically that includes major appliances. Back to pre COVID-19 protocols.

A go to store for everyday repair needs. Stores vary by area in inventories. Call a head to check & save trip on somewhat unusual items (5" duct piping). Online inventory so so in accuracy. Look for yellow item tags, sometimes good deals to be had. Overall pleased, most associates very helpful.

I did meet a guy by the name of Steven in his mid-50, and he helped me get what I need that so knowledgeable about construction. It's not even funny and helpful.

Went in to buy 350 feet of chain link fence. Once the manager found out she basically put all hands on deck. Everyone that helped including around 7 people were very helpful and polite. All in all we were in and out of the store in about an hour and a half. I'll give the whole crew a 10 being a holiday weekend especially.
