Incredible beans!! I found this shop from a reddit post and am SO happy. Walking up to the store you smell the coffee roasting. The coffee bar is modest with a whole roasting operation taking up the rest of the space… I love this!

The coffee (full moon blend) is a true medium-dark roast. It’s clean, rich and tastes as described. Brewed this in a v60 pouover… i was impressed by the quality of this bean…and the prices!!

What else is quality here? The staff. Welcoming, warm and you can tell the know their stuff!

I will be coming here from now on.

Where do I began. The place it's a must stop if you just simply enjoy a cup of coffee or if you want to learn more about the process. The coffee taste is superb and the process used for every single type of coffee is unique for that coffee to bring out the different flavor tones. Stop by and have a cup of coffee, purchase a pound of your favorite grind, or learn about the calculus and science used in the process. RECOMMENDED!

Today, I found a barista-level coffee in this shop, at last! And Steve is so passionate, gentle, and knowledgeable about the coffee.

I bet that best restaurants in the area buy their coffee from Fair Mountain Coffee Co. These guys live and breathe coffee. Beans from all the major coffee producing countries are roasted to perfection in this little store that has a distinct industrial ambience juxtaposed with the heavenly aroma of roasting coffee beans. You could spend a morning sampling and talking coffee with the enthusiastic owners.

Been buying ground coffee here for years. It's great! We usually have it mailed to us, but went over to their place this week, and it was wonderful to get a fresh cup of coffee there and chat with them. Forgot how much I love their cold brew... yum! Highly recommend!

Best coffee we’ve had along the Jersey shore! Got a couple coffees made with love and few bags of coffee beans to take home

After a lot of trial and error, this has become our go-to place to buy coffee beans. The free shipping for two packs is great as it allows us to stay current with one for filter coffee and one for espresso. There is enough variety to return to Old Favorites and keep experimenting. Knowing where it comes from and that it is organic is another great Plus... and rare.
