Store is always clean and well organized. I’ve had to make several clothing returns, due to not landing a job, and the associates and managers that assisted me were always understanding, helpful and friendly.

I like this store, it always looks fully stocked and the employees have always been friendly and professional. They don’t overwhelm or nag. I appreciate the fact that they have remained open despite many of the other shops at Albertville outlets have closed.

Kirby (sales person) is a rockstar!! I lost my wallet in the store today and she turned it in with every dollar and every card still in it! She's the real MVP!! So appreciated!!

Great selection and smiling, helpful staff. I quickly found dresses for two weddings that I really love. Going back soon!
