Great store. They even corrected what another T-Mobile store messed up on my account. Very trustworthy store and staff. I pass 3 stores to come to this one. I will continue to do so for awesome customer service.

My husband and I came in after we had our numbers compromised with another carrier. Darious took extra time to show us how to remove the compromised numbers from apps and accounts transferred to our new phones, and made sure we felt good about the safety of our new phones and numbers before we left. All the staff we encountered while there were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

My cell ended up in the river and I was able to retrieve it. I figured it was totally fried as it made all kinds of electrical shortage sounds when powered on, this was after 2 days in rice. I received my new cell via FedEx on that 2nd day and took it into the Alton T-mobile store to see if anything could be salvaged from old phone. I figured it was a lost cause and I would only get to recover information that was Google backed up.
Here is where this already long winded story makes a positive turn. I'm luck enough to get an awesome employee who was extremely diligent about getting the old phone power up enough to pull ALL the information off the old cell, this top notch employee's name is Andre. Most people, myself included would not have been so persistent. Not only was all information retrieved, the whole layout was the same as my old phone. Thanks again for all you did!

Manager KB and employee Shane took good care of my wife and I when we came into the store. While there I was able to get a screen protector put on my new phone, purchased elsewhere. Gave us good information about new services without pressure. Nice folks. It's why we are T-Mobile customers. Great service.

The team at T-Mobile was great. They all made everything so easy to understand and were all very patient. Shane, Juan, Alex, and KB definitely represents the mentality of loving their customers with every transaction.

I can't say enough about the level of service I've received at this location!!these lovely ladies bend over backwards to help their customers.. If I was their district manager I'd be giving them raises ! Not only did they set up my new phone, the set up my husband's, and helped me activate my old phone for my father!! Thank you for hiring Tatiana and Kendra..they need comfy chairs.. they work hard.. they deserve not to stand all day and night!!!

Had a great experience! To my surprise the same amazing manager KB from the Edwardsville location is now running the Alton store. She’s always very plolite and helpful and makes my day everytime I visit the store. She sold me a new phone and made sure to transfer all of my information to my new phone. Best T-Mobile experience I’ve ever had! In fact I’ve been referred to go to the Alton store by many other friends and family who had the same experience!

This store is the best in the area. The customer service experience is top notch and the store manager knows how to take care of business. K.B is a great asset to this company. Only sharing info about this location, and particularly, manager K.B. I have had many issues with T-Mobile and customer service, but with her help, she has always been able to help me get to the bottom of the problem. They keep busy at this location, so you may have to wait, but ask for K.B, and she'll set you up in the right direction 👍

Curtis at the Alton T-Mobile store is awesome. Every time I have been in the store or called, he has been so helpful. Never had that kind of help or friendliness when we were with Verizon.

I was in with a friend recently who was getting his first ever non prepaid phone. Kendra, the manager, was very clear with everything and helped save us time, effort, and money. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else after my visit here. All the staff was friendly and helpful!

Definitely the place to come to if you want to get phone service or buy a new phone . The customer service here is great, the team at this location always puts the customer first and isn’t afraid to answer any questions. I personally think this team deserves a raise with all the hard work I do.

Wow I have got to say this store is BANGIN!! The integrity and trust Kendra Beard has placed within me coming to her store is UNREAL!! I am telling you when you leave this store you will leave a better man or woman. I was in there with my kids, my husband, and my parents and they did not try to upsell us at ALL. The honesty is authentic, they gave us what we needed and nothing more. Her assistant was sooooo nice too! They had some hip swinging music playing, the whole experience was just PHENOMINAL! We didn't want to leave!!! I'll find myself back in just to hang out and catch up with the staff. BEST store on the east side.

Fast and courteous service. No matter what the problem they solve it. Once I was lost and couldn't find the store, so I called to get directions They solved the problem in 30 seconds, with out my even having to go to the store. I love T Mobile! I would highly recommend T Mobile for any and all phone services.
