I needed 2 things and couldn't find either one. Not because they weren't there, just because I'm not familiar with most hardware store type things. I found Josh as soon as I walked in. I needed a certain type of screw to attach license plates to my car. There must have been hundreds of screws to choose from. Josh found exactly what I needed while I looked for jumper cables. As I was still looking for cables he came and found the perfect set for me! I just had to pay. Thanks Josh and Lowes!

WE went to Lowes to purchase a refrigerator on 1/3/24. The one that we wanted was not in stock and there were none at the warehouse so Aidan worked very hard to find one that was comparable to the one we wanted. We ended up purchasing the 2nd one and I just wanted to let you know how helpful Aidan was and how well he explained things to me. We received great customer service.

This is a great place. We got appliances here at a great price and 0% financing.

Delivered there on 05/03 at approx 0800 and the young men that offloaded me were very helpful and polite. I wish I would've gotten their names because they need some type of recognition. Those (2) gentlemen went above and beyond for me. Lowe's please find out who they are and do something nice for them.

I was in the Ames, Ia store this morning. I asked Chris if he could tell me if there were any more large Craftsman tool boxes in the back. He said he would gladly help me. He scanned the one in my cart and was able to tell me there were 5 more in store. He located an electric ladder, blocked off the aisle, safety reasons, and promptly grabbed a box of 3 more for me. I offered to put 1 back on the shelf and he said that's ok, I can do that. He was incredibly nice to assist me and not make me feel like I was bothering him. He is a great example of a very helpful friendly employee. 😁

Favorite major home improvement store for paint and I have found their prices for some items cheaper and I don't have to mess with rebate paperwork. I have received good help with questions about types of paint to buy for special projects in the home. They have even specially mixed to color for me. I find them so helpful.

There is less help at the checkouts similar to many places but I have learned to like using the self checkout as it is so quick and easy.

Store is always clean and well-organized! I love coming here for house plant supplies as a house plant lover. Their prices are reasonable and I've never had any issues with any plants that I've brought home.

Now here's a company that has trained and educated their salespeople on the product. Adian, in appliances, is one knowledgeable and helpful salesman. I love Lowe's so much that I drive over 100 hundred miles to purchase my appliances and all my home improvements. I have Menards around the corner from me but I pass them and Hone Depot to shop at Lowe's.

We bought a table top grill and had some questions, the gentlemen working in the area that afternoon was awesome! He even opened the box for us to help answer our questions and we bought the one we opened. We then were looking for some backsplash tile pieces and the gentlemen in that department went above and beyond to help us and gave several tips to help with our project. We love the workers at Lowe's!! They are always so helpful and kind!!

Great customer service. Helpful and not pushy.

I've been shopping here for years but recently had the best customer service. An item was out of stock and rather than saying just order online, Cyrus worked with the Pro Desk to find it at a nearby store, get agreements from both site managers to transfer between sites at no cost to me, and pay for it in advance so there's no worry about someone else picking it up first. Thanks for following through Cyrus.

We ordered a fridge and dishwasher to be delivered. Not only did they move our delivery date up to the next day when our fridge went out but the two guys that delivered were amazing. They had to take apart the fridge to make it fit and move appliances to get it through the door. Customer service from Ed and Michael were fantastic.

Always find Friendly and very helpful employees to assist me to the correct isle. Loved this time the man told me what isle # it was and then asked if I'd like to be shown where it was. I greatly appreciated that because I only wanted the isle number and didn't want to have to follow him to the isle. Thanks again for making my trip a quick in and out experience!!

Pick up lockers cut down waiting in line! Highly reccomend for smaller items!

I had a young gentleman named Darnell help me load mulch & potting soil in my truck 6-2-21 I've had (4) back surgeries it's extremely hard on me, it was greatly appreciated to have such polite & helpful young man. We need more of that in today's world. Thank you Darnell, keep up the great work & positive attitude 🙂👍👊

Excellent service by plumbing guy. Didn't catch his name unfortunately. My apartment maintenance failed 3 times to fix my toilet issue. I told him my problem and he recommended the solution. There was nothing on the shelf to fix it. He scanned it and said he had 13 in stock. He could not find it looked for awhile, but said return after lunch. I did and it was stocked. i bought the item on his recommendation. I installed the item and issue is now resolved.

Found most of what I needed and some things I didn't know I needed. Lowes' layout is very logical to me and I find it easy to locate items. The staff is very helpful and has a good attitude. I never feel like I am interrupting or a hassel even when I rush in minutes before closing.
