Outstanding customer service. Seriously I got help from an awesome young man . He sincerely helped find what I needed. He did all the walking for me because I wear foot orthotic inserts so I can't walk barefoot. Taking my shoes off and on even a few times is discouraging. Not easy to find what I need. I was so fortunate to have his help.

Excellent selection. We have purchased many pairs of shoes here. We have also had them ship the correct size to us on multiply occasions! Yet to find the same shoes cheaper anywhere else, even online! This is our first stop when shoe shopping! Love the buy 1 get 1 half off deal!

If they don't have your size in shoes at their store they will happily order them online for you and you'll receive them within 5-7 business days. Sometimes sooner.

When the shoes I purchased ended up not working out for me and I had lost my paper receipt having the e-receipt was very convenient.

Very kind and helpful staff. A surprisingly wide selection! We only had to make this one stop which not something I'm used to doing when looking for shoes since my feet are wider and on the small side. I've gotten so many compliments on my new shoes and I've directed everyone to this store for their own pair!

I bought the wrong size dhoes,.I took them back, they did not have the size I needed.. they ordered my size. Got them next day .no postage needed.. awesome staff, very helpful. They definently have all my business

Not into expensive sneakers but I found a pair that worked for me under $40. Being a size 13 wide it's sometimes hard to find shoes. Staff was friendly, not pushy, and for a lot of people in there it didnt feel crowded.

They have good supply of shoes and very comfortable store to shop in. The staff there ready to help with your questions.
