Rehoboth Church and Museum

This place is beautiful and laid down in a beautiful valley worth the ride for sure this church has been here for over 200 years amazing with a amazing story to.

Wonderful place of History. Peaceful. Nestled in the woods but very near the main highway. Great place for a family reunion or church service.

As soon as we arrived we were given a tour inside and given the background history by a very nice lady.

We came during the off-season, only expecting to view the cemetery and take a few pictures of the old church building. The lady who is the caretaker, came out of her house and gave us the full tour, and a wonderful tour it was. We learned so much about this place, got to see the inside of the church, and she opened up the museum so we could view some artifacts and photos. This place survives through donations, and we were more than willing to make one. We also purchased a couple of t-shirts as souvenirs. Don’t skip this if you’re a fan of genealogy!

The oldest protestant church west of the Allegheny Mountains. Nice museum full of early American history, including the cemetery which includes some Revolutionary War soldiers.

Attended a very nice wedding here. I was told it was the third one to be held there in recent times.

Being able to visit a cemetery where your great-great-grandfather is buried it's pretty awesome the Civil War Cemetery now has a museum as well located in Union West Virginia

History is very alive at this beautiful Church. Peaceful and quiet. Nice place to picnic and teach my grandkids.

Very interesting history at this place. The museum has even more history. But was not open at the moment we were there.

Love this place. We used to visit often when I lived in the area. Our MYF. Group had many meetings/field trips there.
