The New Place

I'm road tripping America and stopped here to experience a local place. It was everything I wanted and more! The people were amazing and super welcoming... and I was pleasantly surprised by the hot bologna sammich!

Friendliest bartender and best bologna sandwich I’ve ever had!

Came upon this little gem by accident. Great afternoon spent visiting with George! Friendly and would recommend stopping by when traveling through the area!

Best Hot Bologna Sandwich AROUND. You want to have one or two. Coldest Beer you will find.

Coldest drinks and the best hot bologna in west virginia. George is a very kind, down to earth Guyana one of the coolest bar owners I know. Why not stop and grab a drink at the new place in Boomer!

Stopped by with my 2 friends on a road trip from NYC to Texas. George showed us the heart and soul of West Virginia. Stop by for a night of good conversation, great hot bologna sandwiches, and the coldest beer east of the Mississippi (ask about the beer freezer. He has it down to a science)

Some loser played Dave Matthews Band on the juke but other than that it was a perfect night.

Cold beer, grouchy mullet weilding bartender/owner. Food is amazing if he will cook. No Kraft ranch, always a plus. You'll love it!

The New Place is a great West Virginia tavern with a pool table, drinks and great bar food. If you've got the time stop by and you'll likely be part of the bar conversation. It's fun.

If you like hot bologna, you should go get one from George, best hot balogna in WV.

George is awesome! Makes a mean Colorado bulldog. Very friendly environment. Definitely going back many more times

Great place to stop amd enjoy a bevetage before yo head up to the falls or Hawks nest! Biker Friendly George is the best!!

Great place to relax. Small local atmosphere. Bikers encouraged. Pool, darts, internet jukebox, skeeball, and sports on tv. Great prices and attentive service.

If you drive on by and not get the Best Hot Bologna sammich around along with the coldest beer around you are missing out.
