DELIGHTED! Beautiful bouquet and GREAT customer service! I called mid-afternoon for a floral delivery on the same day, and they took time to help me with a bouquet design, and were able to make the delivery in time. I completely understand that last minute orders cannot always be delivered on the same day, no matter how friendly and helpful the florist, but I am especially grateful for the effort and time taken to make it happen on this particular day. The person receiving the flowers was so happy!

Sent my wonderful sister flowers for her Birthday! We live in DC so it’s hard to gage who’s the best but Erin proved to us today that she is! Gorgeous Gorgeous Amazing!!! Brought my sister to almost tears! Haha Job well done! Thanks y’all! ❤🙌

Sent a nice basket but not what I ordered. Have reached out to
make it right, which is appreciated.

I did not have the best experience with Vineyard Florist. The flowers were arranged beautifully and in great condition but they were not what I ordered. My mother still loved them but has an allergy to lilies so she could not fully enjoy them. I was quite specific in the arrangement I chose due to this allergy.

We ordered the anniversary flowers and I was expecting a very large beautiful arrangement. What we received was not what was advertised, it was much smaller and not nearly as many flowers it was more filler in the back. It is still a nice arrangement but not what we ordered. I figured for a very expensive arrangement it would look like the photo. First time ordering from them but it will be the last. I called several times and no one picks up. I emailed as well and no response.

My first time coming here and was met with a very rude and condescending sales woman. The bouquet I received did not look like it was worth half of the money I spent on them, very dissatisfied and won’t be using their services again.

Will not use this florist again.
