I worked with Rick to get a great boat at a good price. I selected my boat pretty quick, but Rick continued to work with me (phone, text & email) for > a month to provide all the info I requested, photos, etc. When I came to look at the boat business owner Scott took his time to walk me through the boat, explain lots of stuff I hadn’t thought about and again answer a lot of questions. Warner’s Dock is a genuine family company. This was a used boat and they took the time to fix a few little defects at no extra cost. The buying process was stress free and I’m satisfied with the company and especially working with Rick. I imagine they have an excellent culture and that extends to the sales guys and all employees.

This was our second boat we've bought through WD. Jarek and Rick are awesome at what they do. We appreciate their experience, awesome customer service, and knowledge of boats. Graham and the service department is great at servicing your boat as well. I've enjoyed my experience with this family operated boat dealership. They are truly family friendly oriented. I've referred many of my friends to come check them out for any boating needs. This will not be our last boat purchase and we definitely will be returning customers. Keep up the great work guys! The Warners dock experience was a good one , they set the new rig up exactly as I requested and stayed in contact with me updating me along the way as ordered items to be installed on the new boat arrived . My wife and I have been searching for a pontoon for a couple of years and we decided to visit warners dock as it is local to us. We have been working with Jarek and he has been absolutely fantastic. We found a great new pontoon and Jarek has made the process super simple. I highly recommend WDI to anyone looking for new or used pontoons, fishing boats, or docks. You will not be disappointed.

Warner’s Dock service department has provide excellent results on two very different projects. First, they troubleshot and fixed an 9hp Evinrude outboard that had been left laying on its die for a couple of years. I bought from a guy who assured me it ran fine 😉. When I tried to start it, it leaked gas all over the carburetor. WD fixed it and now it’s a smooth running outboard. Second, I was having trouble with lack of adequate power to my bow graph on my ProV Bass boat. In addition, when I ran the bow and console graphs, the starter battery drained to less than 11.5v in less than 2 hrs. WD installed a new wiring harness for my graphs and no more problems. They’re great guys to work with and do great job for a fair price.

Great place to buy a boat. Rick there has been my guy for three bass boats. Starting off with a 2001 ranger all the way to a 2022 Phoenix. Boat was on time and everything I could ask for. I highly recommend these folks.

Very pleased with the quick responses to questions and easy purchase process. We did everything via text and email AND because it was off-season they helped with transporting the new boat to a meeting spot. Very helpful staff.

Purchased a 2022 Alumacraft Voyageur 175 Tiller from Warner's Dock. It was a mild January day but it was still cold out. Brandon took the time to answer all my questions about the boat and help with accessory items. Very professional and Brandon made it a pleasant experience. He answered all my e-mails pre-sale and post sale promptly. All around good experience. Worth the 5 hour drive from home.

Went in to look at a fishing boat. Ended buying a Alumacraft 165 Classic Tiller. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the boat and showing it to me. When the date came to pick it up he went through everything front to back. Can’t wait to get it out on the water this weekend.

Let me have a moment of your time to convey my experience with the staff from Warner's Dock, first my salesman Jarek is top notch, he helped me from start to finish with boat design and layout, last minute changes and delivery. What an outstanding experience it was for a change. From having a single point contact for everything, even the after the sale conversation on break in. It’s nice to know that they are still there and are able to take time to help if needed. It so easy to give a bad review when thing go wrong, but hard when they do everything right, and leaves you feeling confidant about dealer you choose to do business with. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for an excellent selection on boats, knowledgeable staff, and before, during and after the sale support.
