The Island Cabana

Wow, I received thoughtful, white-glove service at Island Cabana yesterday. The assistant understood my taste immediately and made on-point suggestions. I rarely find dresses I like but within minutes I left with two that I was happy with! I was very impressed and can think of no way this visit could have been improved.

We visit AMI every year for labor day weekend and love shopping here! They have so many vibrant, coastal pieces. My teenage daughter and I both had lots of fun trying on and buying our beautiful finds. The entire staff was polite, professional, and especially Jennifer was very personable and attentive. She made lots of recommendations and also took the time to get to know us. This kind of outstanding service is unheard of these days. We'll definitely continue shopping here in the future.

Favorite store on the island! Friendliest staff, including owner, fitting room attendants and front desk staff. Super helpful when I needed assistance buying for a baby shower, my mom and a house warming gift - one stop shop for everyone! Large variety of super cute women’s brands - and of course tons of Lilly Pulitzer! I’m 8 months pregnant and the manager offered to hold my big heavy tote bag purse behind the counter so I didn’t have to lug it around. Above and beyond customer service. Will def go back again!

This is a great place to shop if you are in vacation or local they have a great variety of great quality clothing, jewelry, home-goods, and of course Lily Pulitzer. The employees are very helpful always available when I have any questions or assistance. Very impressed with their customer service skills, they are awesome at handling the store when it gets busy. Great atmosphere within the store and also very clean. The island is a well known place to shop on the island and is highly recommend for anyone looking too add to their wardrobe.

We come to Anna Maria every year for a month. My girlfriend and I pick a day and go shopping at as many places as we can. Island Cabana quickly became a favorite of ours. The staff is absolutely amazing and helped us with everything and anything we needed. And they had Lilly items on sale and what Lilly girl doesn’t love buying it at a discount. I highly recommend shopping here!

This is, by far, my favorite store on Anna Maria Island!! I have never been treated better in a retail store. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and they all obviously LOVE where they work! I didn't want to leave! I could spend hours looking at all the wonderful cloths, accessories and jewelry they have in there. I bought some amazing things there today…I am super excited about a beautiful wedding gift I got today for my best friend (she is going to love it!!) Great place to shop and I DEFINITELY recommend going there!

If you live in the area or are visiting, you must stop by the Island Cabana! They have an incredible collection of Lily Pulitzer clothing and accessories. Ask for Caitlin! She is incredibly helpful and very thorough. I would recommend this store to any of my family and friends. You will not be disappointed!

The ladies at The Island Cabana are extremely helpful and attentive. My fiancé and I were looking for a gift for our house sitter and as we were looking at the jewelry someone was there to help. My fiancé continued looking through the store and was helped in the dressing room by some really fantastic sales people! We enjoy going to stores where there are plenty of sales people to help out when we need them! Thanks for the awesome experience!

I L❤VE Love Love The Island Cabana! I'm a regular shopper there on my AMI visits, and have always been a fan, but my last visit in August was The BOMB. 📣Huge shout out to the Amazing, Kelly Day, who went Above and Beyond to help me with my Lilly Pulitzer splurge!! Before all was said and done, she must have helped me pull about 100 different outfits to try on, and suggest pretty jewelry selections to match. Her Level of Customer Service sets the bar High. She is golden, if you are lucky enough to have her help you with picking out the prettiest Lilly Pulitzer's in the store. Some of the items I purchased, they even shipped home for me so I didn't have to travel with it all. The selection of Lilly in size XL literally blew away any other Lilly store I shop, which made buying super easy. Kelly never once made me feel bad about how much clothing I had pulled to try on, and she was candidly honest with her opinions on what looked good, and what didn't. Shopping at The Cabana is a no-brainer, and I can't wait to come back!🌴❤

The Island Cabana has so much to offer! Kendra Scott and Lilly Pulitzer are among my favs! There are many other super fashionable clothing items and accessories to choose from that are trendy yet so classic. They have the best home decor & seasonal items to choose from on the island.
The thing I adore most is that I am treated like a true friend. Kelly, Amy, and Nancy help make you feel beautiful & have gotten me to try on things I never would have. It’s not just because they know their stuff, but really care about what you look like and how you feel.
During this crazy time in the world, I saw that Lilly was out of stock on an item that I so desperately loved (we have all been there 😇) and my first thought was to check with Island Cabana. Not only did they have it, but will ship it to me from Anna Maria to Chicago just like that!
My day was brighter just by reconnecting with my fav place to shop in Anna Maria...by far.

This store is by far my favorite store along Pine Avenue! You immediately walk in to a luxurious atmosphere of an island boutique and super friendly employees that are there to greet you and help if you ever have a question. The customer service there is the best I returned a gift that I had received there recently without any hassle or questions. I was able to receive store credit and used it right then and there, the only problem I had was trying to decide what to buy because of all the super cute clothes, jewelry, and bags.

I am thrilled to write this review for The Island Cabana, and specifically for the manager, Karsen Lonzo. As someone who also works in the Customer Service Industry, I empathize with the ins and outs of keeping clients happy, and my experience with Karsen caused me to reaffirm my own commitment to flawless customer service in my career as a Chef. Here's why, and ya'll read this, because this kind of service is RARE!

I was unable to join my family this year for our annual vacation to Anna Maria Island, so my Mom and Sister in Law made my yearly Lilly selections at Island Cabana. I've lost about 20 lbs in the last year, so when my gifts arrived, they were far too large.

Enter Karsen Lonzo, ROCKSTAR manager of Island Cabana. Here's what this stellar young woman did for me after my initial phone call, where I told her I didn't know where to start, only that I had $600 of new Lilly Pulitzer clothing that I couldn't wear to any festivities for my upcoming wedding. Keep in mind, I live in Austin, Texas.
1. Empathized with my situation and assured me it would be handled with a friendly attitude.
2. Sent me photos, photos, and more photos of items in the store, asked other employees to TRY ON items in my size and sent those photos. Waited for me to get my correct measurements and compared sizes on each items.
3. Once I (finally) made my selections, patiently ordered my items from their supplier.
4. Emailed and called me as soon as the items I shipped for return were received.
5. Informed me I had $30 left to spend and SCOURED THE STORE SALE RACK to find me an adorable pair of shorts, sending photos once more!
6. Priority mailed my items so I could sport my Lilly at a Labor Day event!!

I'm SURE I was "that" customer for sweet Karsen, but she never let me know it! This woman deserves a raise, and should absolutely receive recognition for going above and beyond.

Karsen's commitment to excellent service is why my bargain shopping Mother splurges on us girls each year at The Island Cabana. I can't wait to return next summer and finally meet her in person!

I usually do not write reviews but I had such a s great experience at this store I thought I would share it. I needed to get a present for my wife, who is really hard to buy for (I usually don't shop for her instead I just buy what she tells me). This time I wanted to surprise her with something special that I picked out for her. This store went above and beyond to help me get the perfect gift for her. There was so many great things in the store it actually was pretty easy to find something great but I felt that the customer service I received was unlike anything I have ever experienced and would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a great gift

Such a wonderful shopping experience at The Island Cabana! With small children, I'm sometimes made to feel as I'm not welcome, but they made me and my littles feel welcome! They treated my children as if they were their own and let me have a fun shopping experience! The selection was wonderful, the prices are great and the customer service is even better. Take the wonderful drive out there and go see Karsen, Kelly or any of the lovely ladies out there - you will NOT be disappointed!

My favorite store on Anna Maria Island! I live in Tallahassee now, but each time I visit home in Bradenton, I make SURE to stop by this store. I am always able to find the right attire for any occasion while being greeted with friendly faces. The customer service representatives have always been so cordial, even shipping clothes to me when I can't make it to the store. I am a big supporter of local business; the attention to detail and service that The Island Cabana provides only confirm my convictions and beliefs in the private sector more.

I love this shop!!! They always have the cutest things. And wonderful for gifts as well. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I'm obsessed with the leggings they carry. Definitely check them out!
