Outstanding in every way. Unique specials and huge menu! We loved all the Benedict choices! Great service. Friendly atmosphere!

We stopped here for breakfast while in the area. Great, friendly service. The breakfast is SO good. They have a wonderful menu - it’s hard to pick just one thing! I recommend steering away from the deserts - they are quite bland. We will be back when in the area!

A really good breakfast. A nice place for Sunday Brunch including a Champagne Buffet. The special Bloody Mary was amazing and a meal in itself.

You can't go wrong with a meal at the Wild Boar. Whether it's breakfast, brunch or Friday night fish fry. This is amazing food made by a real chef. And it shows.
The staff is friendly and attentive. They don't just being you the meal and disappear. Although I live 30 minutes away. It's worth the drive. I always leave satisfied.

We’ve been in for breakfast on weekends multiple times—big fan of the food, but I’ve never seen it overly busy, which is surprising. The loaded Bloody Mary is insane and their homemade cranberry wild rice toast is my favorite. Appreciate that they offer something different than the norm.

This is a great place for a big breakfast. They have tons of great choices and their boar sausages are delicious. A perfect place to go if you want eggs, pancakes, eggs Benedict, or anything else you can think of. Grab a cupcake to go for the ride home too!! This was an easy 5 stars!! Annie the waitress is awesome!!

Incredible place to eat, especially for breakfast!! The food is glorious and the portion sizes are fantastic!! I couldn't get enough of homemade sausages, made out of duck, rabbit, venison, and wild boar!! The staff was incredibly friendly and were very attentive!! Excellent place to eat and a must-go if you are in the area!!!

Excellent coffee and hash browns. Loved the wraparound porch- plenty of room to hang out while you wait for a table. It is popular so expect a wait in summer. But a pleasant wait on the porch.

The order was correct, hot and fresh. The food was very good. There are some wild meats on the menu, all day breakfast and lunch items too. The interior is like a dinner, comfortable but not fancy. Plenty of parking. The wait staff was very nice.

This place has a ton of great options for food. I would highly recommend dinning here and trying something new. Only recommendation I have is maybe avoid some of there deserts. We tried 3 different options and all of them really lacked any flavor. Overall I will definitely be coming back.

By far my favorite place to eat up north. Pan fried walleye and eggs for breakfast was tremendous! $15. Can't be beat

My family and I found a hidden gem of a restaurant in the Minocqua area. I had the pot roast, which was exceptional! My wife had the mushroom Swiss burger, which was perfect! My son had the pork chop, I had a bite, delicious! I’m getting that next time! My daughter ordered the taco salad, an amazing feast! The food was superb and the old fashioned was wonderful…..I tried to take a picture but my appetite was quicker than my cell phone. Then the dessert came next…..the desserts surpassed our expectations! If you like cheesecake like I do, their cheesecake reminded me of my mom’s when I was a kid, with blueberries! We will be going back! My son even put his iPad down, he rated the food at an 11 of 10! Amazing staff too! A wonderful location with a hint of family comfort!

Best breakfast in St Germain. Specialty sausages were delicious, we had duck breakfast sausage, it was delicious, mild with a hint of warm spices. Crispy corned beef and hash.

Went for breakfast, French toast stuffed with cream cheese and strawberry topping was very good. Other members in our party enjoyed their orders, including the wild game breakfast. Claw games for the kiddos to spend your dollars on kept them happy.

Went for lunch and it was one of the best burgers I've had. The double patty is filling. I should have ordered a single. I will have to get breakfast there next time, so I could try an exotic sausage, like rabbit.

First visit - cute place. Stopped for lunch on a Wednesday as they are closed on Tuesdays. Our server was courteous and friendly, helping us make our choices for lunch. Food was served fast and hot - everything was delicious. They have some small bakery cases and a small bar serving cocktails, beer and wine. We picked up several blueberry turnovers for breakfast at the cabin - the turnovers were average at best but the brownies looked great - I'll try those the next visit. Overall, we really like the place.

The breakfast was very good portions and flavor was spot on. Can substitute normal meat for wild meat. I had the wild boar bacon was great.

Wow! Found The Wild Boar when searching for someplace that had gluten free options. I had the chicken pesto sandwich with chips as the side and was very impressed with the flavor and portions. Plus, you cannot beat the price! I’ll definitely be back!

Big things come in small packages! The dinner menu is absolutely phenomenal!!! If you have not tried them for dinner, you're missing out! Have kids that don't want a dinner entree? No worries they serve their lunch menu with sandwiches and burgers for dinner as well!
