I was looking to buy a new fridge and heard about this place from a family member. I had a specific fridge I wanted to purchase and I was going to go with Home Depot but decided to check this place out in person. Very helpful in store and the fridge was $100 cheaper than anywhere else. They delivered sooner than Home Depot would have (bought on a Tuesday and installed Saturday-although they could have done sooner but I had to work). Delivery guys were fast and efficient. Delivery and haul away fee was cheaper than Home Depot as well! They also made sure to let me know that my municipal electric company offers rebates for appliances. Overall very happy with my experience and will use them again in the future!

Drove all the way SC to get the bike I wanted. I used to live in MA so I know Whitco. It's a family run business. It's loaded from ground to ceiling with merchandise. The prices are usually pretty good and there are a lot of bikes and appliances.

Whitco has always been there "above and beyond" for our Appliance needs and for questions for help with anything we have ever needed from them! We love their expertise! And they are always so pleasant and wonderful with customers! We would highly recommend that anyone consider buying all their appliances from Whitco, and they carry so many other things besides appliances. At Christmas time it's fun shopping in there because they have such a variety of gifts you can give people!!! And I could continue with compliments! If you haven't shopped at whitko, please do! You'll be glad you did!

Although extremely busy, Billy was able to devote all the time we needed to make the best decision for a new appliance. His follow-up and knowledge of each appliance is amazing. The delivery men were punctual, personable and extremely helpful. We definitely recommend Whitco Sales. This is the 5th major appliance we have bought and haven't been disappointed. You can beat his prices...we will continue to be a loyal customer.

Purchased my first washer/dryer set here. Bill is knowledgeable about all the products he sells. My appliances were delivered within two days of my purchase. The gentlemen that delivered and set up my washer and dryer were professional and courteous. I will never shop anywhere else.

Billy has a very unique business and he knows his products! He will work hard to find you all of your manufacturers rebates and the Mass save rebates! We've bought all new appliances for our home and saved much more money buying here than these big box stores. Now I just bought my granddaughter her first bicycle.

Once again great service by Whitco. My washer died on Friday and we leave for vacation tomorrow. Called and ordered one over the phone. Told them nothing fancy with a big capacity for blankets. It showed up today as promised. A nice Maytag with simple settings, exactly what I wanted. Eric who delivered was professional and hooked everything up and switched the dryer door over for me when I said I wished it opened the other way. Never a bad experience in 30 years with Bill and his crew at this company.

Was in need for a new Washmachine, saw their ad in the smart shopper called them to see if they had them in stock,answer was yes, we went there and the 2 guys (AL & Bill) were there, very welcoming, personable & professional. It was worth the trip to Spencer, It was delivered the next day & the guys who delivered it were fantastic, on time, respectful of their surroundings to not do anything to my things or the Washmachine, they asked what to do with the old one and did what we asked. I highly recommend this company!!

Best Advice Ever! Our refrigerator broke on 6/21/2020. On 6/22 went to Home Depot, they have nothing in stock, orders only, told us to try Whitco. We did and decided we should replace our 18 yr old faulty stove since we were there in 90 degree weather during the pandemic. I am so grateful to Bill and staff as we had a beautiful new refrigerator & stove delivered yesterday, 6/24! Efficient, knowledgeable, amazing! I was not familiar with Whitco, I am now, and I will support this local business for its responsiveness, good value & quality, professionalism, and outstanding service. Thank you Whitco! We needed to replace our over the range microwave and there weren't any in stock other places. We went to Whitco and they had them in stock. We had plenty to choose from. The staff was very accommodating and low pressure. They offered delivery, installation and removal of our old one for $130.00. The installation, delivery and removal was done quickly and efficiently. They were polite, did their work quickly and they were neat! I will go back again!

We purchased a new dishwasher and chose the option to have it installed. The salesman we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. The 2 delivery drivers were very professional and timely . They left our kitchen as clean as it was when they got there. Great bunch of guys. This is the 4th time we have bought appliances there. We will be back when needed

I had been shopping for new appliances for a few months. Witco had the best prices. I couldn't be happier with my appliances or with the sales rep, who was friendly and knowledgeable.

Wanted to surprise my son and his expectant wife with their first washer and dryer, but their 2nd floor apt., narrow doorways and hookup location made selecting a set rather difficult...and potentially expensive.

Then I contacted Whitco for a quote on a machine I'd seen online, , and received a response from Bill White within hours. Over the next week, we went back and forth with questions and responses, and I eventually drove to the store so I could see my options in person. I had thought I was limited to one of those one piece washer/dryer combos, but Bill pointed out a Maytag set that turned out to be a better investment for a family of three AND it wasn't much more money.

My quote included EVERYTHING right down to the install and stacking kit and the total was a good deal less than the pieces by themselves would have been if purchased elsewhere.

They were able to deliver within a few days - just in time for baby - and Whitco's delivery men were on time, friendly, and professional..

We couldn't be happier with this transaction and expect to be repeat customers. I highly recommend this unusual appliance (and more) store in Spencer, MA, run by local merchants.

Shop local. I know there is always a stigma that shopping local means paying an arm and a leg. This is not the case here. Their prices are very competitive, and the selection the my have in such a small location is mind blowing.

Great service and best prices around! Bill and his guys were great. I purchased 5 different GE Cafe appliances and 2 mini fridges from him. He beat every estimate I had and they all arrived in a timely manner without any issues. He stands by everything he sells and definitely knows how to help his customers. Delivery guys were exceptional, very careful and professional. I highly recommend buying anything you need here.

When our dryer unexpectedly stopped working we called around to both local and big box stores to look at replacements. Whitco had the best price and informed us of a rebate we would qualify for. They were able to deliver and install in just 2 days! The technicians who delivered were professional and friendly. We have always been happy with the service from everyone at Whitco and will continue to visit them for our needs.

I was on the search for a new dishwasher and no one has anything in stock. Whitco’s had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Although the delivery was delayed due to snow they were able to make the delivery a day later after their normal delivery hours. That is great customer service! The delivery person was sociable and friendly and did a great job. Thank you Whitco! I will be back for further purchases.

Recently, I made another purchase from the Whitco store located in Spencer, Mass. which has been owned by Bill White for 70 years. I am delighted about the Serta mattress set suggested by him!*! The purchase price was excellent and included the delivery of the new mattress set, removal of the old mattresses and included tax. Delivery time was perfect. Previously, I purchased a great GE air conditioner. The prices, knowledge and pleasant service by Bill White and staff have proven to be invaluable.
