Dr. Siebold was concerned about my son’s abdominal pain when it continued after seeing him in the clinic so he ordered an abdominal ultrasound. The ultrasound tech met me at the hospital and and we went back to a private room. The ultrasound was done in about 20 min from when I entered the hospital and it was found that he had appendicitis. Dr. Siebold referred me to have him get his appendix out and 30 minutes after the ultrasound had ended we were in prepping for surgery. The surgery went well, the surgeon said we had caught it early and I was back home that evening with my son. I am thankful for our little hospital. If I would have gone elsewhere it would have taken a lot more time and been much more expensive. Plus we received great care and everyone was so nice to us. We are lucky to have these resources so close to home.

Thank you, Amanda, Brittany and Dr. Conover for being there to quickly help with patient care. Patiently talk with the family. Take extra time with your elderly patients . I, and my family truly can’t thank you enough.

I have moved a lot and by far this is the best clinic I have ever been to - they truly care about their patients! They go out of their way to help - even at the last minute. I can highly recommend them!

Always awesome service .Doctors are always very attentive and knowledgeable and there is always a Dr on call in case of emergency and a pharmacy right next door.

Have never had a positive experience with this hospital .

I've been here before and never had problems. But just recently was looking to get an appointment. I call and dial for reception and get a voicemail greeting, so I hang up and call again 15 min later, same thing. I leave a message. A couple hours later I call again; same thing, I never got a call back or anything so I had to go elsewhere. I understand clinics can get busy and whatnot but not even get a call back see if I needed an appointment? And not once be able to speak to an actual person. Annoying.

Received great care from Linda Cassell, Dr. Timmons, and Dr. Williams for many years.
Billing is awful. Sent us to collections. Received notice Sept. 24th. Went to clinic in mid - January and the hospital discovered problems with insurance and never notified us until April 29th. We had moved April 8th. Claim is finally being resubmitted to correct insurance. No one in billing bothered to call clinic to look at the "submission" papers with contact information.

Honestly, I don't recommend this clinic at all I was treated poorly by one of the female physicians and for numerous accasions she made me feel unworthy of being heard and like my issues I had addressed to her weren't important she was very rushing of me like she wanted me out and didn't listen to me she was having a very unprofessional attitude and was sighing and being rude. I understand they get busy schedule's but they can at least make the patient feel heard and like their health issues were understood instead of just working there for for the pay and treating the patients poorly.

UN quilified practitioners should not even be working with patients if they always give the wrong diagnosis and act like your medical needs are un inportant LeeAnn Bolgen not so good PA she constantly made my child feel that her medical issues were not important putting her own opinion in front in stead of doing her job correctly we had to constantly get second opinions to get to the bottom of my childs
medical issuess .

Their billing department doesn’t even send you a bill or notifications until after it’s been a year later and you can’t even try to help the insurance To pay. I had two insurances and they claimed they couldnt get ahold of me. They sent ot to collections who had no trouble contacting me but it was a year later and out of timely filing. Their entire business office and billing system is horrible. Even after I waa able to contact them they werent able to get an itemized statement to me.

Unhelpful & stuck up rude front desk people now. ...miss the the front desk staff that used to be there. Whether its an emergency or not they don't care to get you to be seen.
