Hillside Memorial Park

Hillside is a beautiful Memorial Park. For several months, Denise Watreas has assisted our family with kindness, compassion, respect and care. Denise makes herself available for phone calls and unscheduled visits to answer any and all questions. She genuinely cares about families and their loved ones. Thank you, Denise.

They have wonderful customer service and really do try to help make sure everything we need is taken care of. Vicki there, helps me order flowers for my husband every year and I appreciate it so much!

My family has lived behind Hillside since 1973 and have always loved this beautiful cemetery. Now my dad and brother are buried there. My mom and I have made all our arrangements here as well with my family having another spot as well. Through everything Liz has been our main contact. She has been so helpful and informative with everything . She's also a very compassionate, caring and friendly person. There have been several times that I've had to go to the office reference concerns about my familys' graves and she made sure they have been taken care of right away. Always a pleasure dealing with her.

Liz has been my primary contact who helped with the arrangements of my daughter’s burial last fall. Liz was very informative every step of the way and was present at the burial and made sure everything went according to plan. She was so kind and caring to all my family members as well.
I recently met with Liz again to order the headstone for my daughter’s grave site.
Liz showed such compassion and caring and her professionalism walked me through every question I had and helped confirm my final decision. I never felt rushed and knew she truly wanted me to love what I was choosing. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for helping me walk away with blessed satisfaction.

Liz was wonderful, she handled my request quickly and confirmed in an email with pictures of the correction. She seemed very apologetic and was very personable over the phone.

I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my husband's grave site for each season. Upon arriving on a visit , none were there. When I inquired at the office, Denise Watreas quickly offered me a choice of bouquets and even offered to place them for me. Denise is a very kind and considerate person. She displays her concern and compassion each time I visit.
Caroline Marcoguiseppe also went directly to my file and began to make sure my order was correct. She assured me that she would make contact with the person responsible after the weekend. Caroline was quick, efficient and professional. I would remiss if I didn't also mention Liz who always greets me with a joyful smile, and I look forward to seeing her when I come.

Although my mother had most everything handled before she died, Gina helped us do everything else that needed to be completed and was very respectful of how hard the whole process is when burying a loved one. She helped make the day go a little easier than it could have been and helped us make some decisions that we just weren’t sure of since she had an idea by the things my mother had already planned out. Gina doesn’t just stop at helping the family that initial day, she follows up from time to time to see if she could do anything else for the family. Thank you for having such a kind heart when dealing with something that is so difficult for families.

If you need a burial plot – go to Hillside Cemetery and ask for Liz Gray. Liz is such a sweet, caring, nice, compassionate, patient, professional person. Liz will go out her way to help you in any way that she can because of her big heart. Liz treats you just like she is part of your family. God Bless you Liz for being such a special person!

My mother and I were in today & met with Denise, and then Liz. Both were friendly, personable, and so thoughtful while walking us through things. We left feeling at ease & overall happy with decisions made, we know our family will be pleased as well.

During a very difficult time of my Mom passing, Denise and the staff at Hillside was very caring and willing to help in anyway possible. Denise was especially caring and extended her sympathies to my husband and I. We received a beautiful picture frame with a poem and picture of my Mom and Dad as a memory keepsake. They respected my feelings during a very difficult time and I want to extend a "Big Thank You" to Denise for caring so much!

Gina always makes me feel like family. She is so compassionate and down to earth. Although she is consistent she never makes me feel pressured. She is always pleasant and very informative when I call ir stop by with questions. Thank you Gina for being an outstanding individual.

Losing my grandpa was not easy for my family, and Gina made everything very simple for my grandma and parents while they were handling all the arrangements. They felt she went above and beyond for them. Gina, thank you for having amazing customer service, and being a bright spot in this dark time for us.

What a great experience. Gina was very informative throughout the whole process. She showed compassion and comfort in our devastating time of need. We also can’t thank Liz enough for all her help as well.

I cannot find words good enough to describe the wonderful, comforting treatment my family and I received during my mother's passing. they were so patient and caring. Made my brother and I feel like my mother was the most important. Thank you all for your kindness during this most difficult time.

My contact at Hillside Memorial Park was with Gina Yost, and from the beginning I felt like I had known her for years. She was very personable and put me at ease regarding such a sensitive subject. God has given her a gift to help people in a time of feeling overwhelmed and emotional.
