Such a great experience from start to finish for our son and us as well. Dr. Herberger is extremely knowledgeable and professional and a top notch orthodontist in our 3 years with him. Very fairly priced as well. Our son received absolutely beautiful results correcting his extreme overbite. Not only did we have a great experience with Dr. Herberger, his staff was delightful as well. Veronica at the front desk was always timely with reminders and so pleasant at all times. We couldn’t have imagined a better experience for this process. Our son was speechless at the final results. Highly recommended!

Dr. Herberger is the ONLY Orthodontist that will touch my kids! He would not do anything to my kids that he would not do to his own. He is 100% motivated by what is best for his patience. I have trusted him with all three of my children and my wife and I are completely satisfied. His pricing was competitive, but honestly, that did not matter. Dr. Herberger IS the best Orthodontist in Lorain County, Period!

Dr. Herberger has been the orthodontist for 2 of my grand children and I have always wanted to have my teeth straightened so I decided to allow him to do so. Hi Sarah Elizabeth, I am responding to your recent post. I am the office manager for Dr. Herberger. This office strictly enforces the privacy of our patients. It is criminal to release personal records (dental, financial etc.) to unauthorized parties.

Dr. Herberger has treated all 3 of my children. We have always had a great experience with Dr.Herberger and his staff. I would highly reccomend him.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Dr herberger is very patient. He explains everything to my son. Very happy to have found him. I would definitely recommend him to all.

Receptionist does not listen or clarify what is heard. Hung up on me when I asked for a financial statement showing what was charged against what was paid for my son's care and whether the Dr. had an earlier day or time to discuss what was charged against what had been paid for my son's care. A payment of $500 is unaccounted for and my son had only 1 appointment. The estimated total for care over 9 months was $1000k.... So I am wondering what the payment went towards. This is a reasonable request from a parent and to be hung up on and for the office to refuse to provide a statement or medical records is criminal.

The secretary was very rude I made and appointment that got mess up and asked why they didn't call to verify the insurance coverage.
She said they did with an attitude and asked if I wanted to reschedule. At this point i said I don't seem to have a choice and asked what number she had in file as my contact information. She got even more rude and told me not to pacifier and that she was going to hang up. Very disrespectful the staff with no accountability nor customers service.
