Cindy was very kind, helpful and informative. I had rented a storage unit off East First Street in The Plains. It was a clean unit, the grounds were very clean and there was never an issue with my unit being tampered with. I highly recommend reaching out to Get Storage!

I signed up for an online rental for a 10 foot truck and furniture dolly with a coupon that let me drive out and then get a heavy discount and lots of miles covered for bringing it back to the same location. Upon getting there for pickup I was told I could only have a 15 foot truck and no dolly. Highly inconvenient and more space then I needed, but ok. I drove out, moved in and drove the truck back in the allotted time slot. Upon doing online checkout I was told I was going to be charged for 197 extra miles which was highly strange to me, as with online checkout I was told I would have up to 476 miles and had driven it 435 miles (I took a screenshot at checkout). The website allowed me to check a box saying "I don't know why I am being charged extra" with a comment section which I put that in. The website said I would be contacted by a U-Haul rep within 2 days to discuss it, which didn't happen. Now looking at my bank statement I have been charged for the 197 extra miles. A scam!

Associate was totally inept. Rented a truck that the number on the contract was not the correct truck number, gas was listed wrong, milledge listed wrong as well. Upon returning a few hours later in new concord ohio, we were charged an additional day, 701 mile usage as it said the truck was returned in michigan, extra gas charge for not returning with the same amount of gas, when it was returned with more. Poor service!! Total additional charges totalling $399.74
