Chris was very personable and honest throughout the process. I had a lot of questions and messaged him a lot, but he went above and beyond with photos and video without hesitation. He didn’t try to oversell or hide anything. The ATV I purchased was priced well and was in good condition. The wear and tear was what I would expect for a used quad. Great smooth transaction; I would recommend this business to anyone looking in the used market.

Had a great experience. Put a deposit down over the phone. Drove 4 1/2 hours the next weekend and did the paperwork and pickup. It was exactly what he advertised online good prices.

This place is a bunch of scam artists! I put down a deposit on a sled but because my time frame of picking it up did fit with the owner heading south because I had a emergency they are not returning my deposit and have sold the sled. The best part about it is he says he made multiple attempts to contact me not true he sent one message on Facebook asking if I would be there on Friday or Saturday because he was heading south! The owner is such a coward he won't answer the phone this guy is a real scumbag he has blocked my phone and blocked me on Facebook I guess business is that bad he needs to steal 300.00

Bought one four wheeler at the price he asked.. .. was going to buy another four wheeler and 2 sleds. He gave me a price for a four wheeler, which I agreed to, asked if he wanted a deposit.. he said “nah, don’t worry about it”.. he had to pick it up and I was out of town..
he sent me the bill of sale and it was $200 more than we agreed and was one year older than stated.. when I asked him about it he said :”sorry, if that’s not cheap enough I cant help out.. and let me know he sold it to someone else.. very poor business ethics..

When discussing the purchase of a jetski, as soon as I asked for more specific information about a needed repair, the owner got defensive and rude. Wasn't happy that my mechanic, who is highly regarded in our area, said that the repairs could cost up to $2200 (vs. the $500 B&B quoted me). If he had given me more information about the exact nature of the repairs, we still may have been able to afford the jetski. His reaction made me think he is untrustworthy (as well as a nasty person).

Absolutely terrible, the worst! So I call them about an advertised machine for sale, it did seem to good to be true, but you never know....... So I call and get their "whole story" and it seemed like it could be possibly true and believeable, so I made an appointment to go look at the machine. I drove 4 hours and when I pull in I could tell it was defiantly a fly by night business, I waited for Chris to arrive and my 1st impression was 150% correct. So I look at the machine and could tell that is was far from a 2000mi machine as stated and as it showed on the odometer, as well as there was a ton of wear that was not told to me, or shown in the pictures. So I start to ask questions and hope the I will get told the truth and was completely lied to straight to my face again. I drove to the local skidoo dealer and ask one of the techs to come with me to look at this machine and tell him I will gladly pay him for his time, so we do. We arrive and imeadiatly Chris tells me the "Skidoo Tech" with me, is in his words is an idiot, we them plug the machine into the skidoo computer and find that the sled has 643 hours on it, as it does not store mileage in the ecu. The average figured speed is 30mph, 643x30= an estimated 19290mi. This is after Chris tells me that the sled belonged to a friend of his and he rode with the owner all the time, I then run the VIN through me bank and they tell me it was a Repo and was sold at auction in CT. So 10 hours of driving, prob 3 total hours on the phone, $100 to the skidoo tech, all because these guys lie through their teeth over and over. Stay clear, very clear of them, and on top of all this when I told him I was looking at another machine at another small dealer, all Chris could do is bad mouth them, and I in fact did buy the other machine and was everything the guy said it was and got a better and way more pleasurable deal. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from B&B Powersports and all of their crap they dish out.

Purchased an ATV through EBay
B&B said he had gone through it and preped it. Filthy oil, mouse droppings and nuts in air box, torn air cleaner, missing bolts for rear brakes, front calipers down to metal. Removed items from machine that where in photos but not on when picked up. Stay far away from this guy

Failed to return calls and messages for a request to view a boat. When they finally did respond I was told to “keep shopping!!!!” They assumed I was going to “low ball” them because I asked to see the boat before making any offers.
