Hampton Inn & Suites Albany/East Greenbush

We had a wonderfully clean room and comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was ample and easy ...even for our large vehicle. Looked like a nice pool and with handicapped accessibility. Breakfast was well put together and decore was pleasant.

Stayed here with my boyfriend, while visiting his family. Staff was very funny, especially Bentley. She gave so many recommendations to restaurants. Breakfast was good, and the cook was helpful. Pool area is heated which made the pool bearable because it wasn't freezing. Gym was typical for a hotel, it has the essentials needed for a workout. Location was perfect for us, a little hidden and in its own area alone. I loved that. The only "complaint" my boyfriend had was that the room didn't have any drawers or dresser. We found that odd. The room was spacious though and the shower was huge.

Thank you to Hilton and the wonderful staff at this hotel. Clean rooms, quiet, and friendly staff. The free breakfast was great, the food area was super clean, the free ev charger was appreciated as was being pet friendly

Very nice hotel. Nice size rooms. Clean, smells good. Love the complimentary breakfast. The pool is warm and nice, can be used even in the winter.

I had an issue with the HVAC in my room the first night and it was quickly resolved. The cleanliness and service were excellent. The morning breakfast was excellent as well.

I wanted to say my mom and I stayed there a couple weeks ago and I wanted to say we had a great experience the front desk girl Angel was great and the 2 house keepers shannann and Tracy were great with helping us with towels and soap when needed they deserve a pay raise for all their hard work and dedication I will definitely be staying again! We love the pool area as well! The only thing that bothered me was that the girl marissa at the front desk was talking very loud and was rude to a costumer and was telling him hotel business that he didn’t need to know other than that them 3 girls deserve a raise

Overall, great experience however my bathroom sink was clogged. I did not report it, but it does leave the chain open to quality inspection checks, meaning they are not doing them effectively.

Bentley and Alex offered incredible service. Breakfast was wonderful, room was great, will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Greenbush!

Excellent, safe location. Easy parking lot if you have a small trailer.

This was a clean, comfortable and quiet stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was easily accessible from major highways. The breakfast was good. The treadmills have fans built into them that blow cool air on your face as you workout (To me, this felt like the ultimate luxury.). It was a great stay!

Rooms were very clean, staff pleasant, everything was great! Nice job by the housecleaning manager (who I spoke with directly) and her staff for keeping this hotel in such great condition. I am not a big fan of hotel stays, but this Hampton Inn made me feel very comfortable. I would be very happy to return to this location.

The whole staff was Absolutely amazing!! Me and my husband came in for a week stay for our wedding and they made sure our entire stay was more than great! Room was great size and was cleaned daily. Even after coming back from our weeding night they did a sweet gesture and decorated our room for us. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay and we will be back soon! And it was perfectly located near food and shopping.. Thank you.

This hotel is so clean, New, comfortable, and quiet. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I seriously don't know how this hotel is classified as a 2 star hotel...better than the 3 and 4 star hotels I stayed at this week in different northeast cities. If you are coming to Albany, this hotel is less than 10 minutes to the capital, in a safe, convenient area...stay here. Good food is a minute or two away. Free breakfast is icing on the cake...get the cinnamon bun waffles...delicious.

Convenient location. Clean rooms. Walls are thin so you’d hear people in other room talking! There’s one guy at the reception so checkin isn’t very quick and you have to get in the line every time

Very clean, easy to get to, rooms are quite big. The 2 women at the front who checked is in were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! I'm glad we stayed here!

When you're driving on Troy Road, you might not be able to see the hotel building right away so look for the Hampton Inn sign on the side of the road where there's a road entrance to turn into.
The hotel itself and my room were very clean. I felt my king room and bathroom were spacious with new modern furniture. The bed was comfortable, sheets and pillows looked and felt like new.
Staff was friendly for every encounter I had with them. Thank you to Catie who was understanding and accommodating to the inclement weather situation.
Breakfast was delicious too. Good variety of beverages, cold, and hot food.
On average better than the other 2-3 star hotels I've stayed at.

The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean! The location is great for those who are looking to go to event, attractions and bars in the capital region. The hotel has a nice indoor pool as well as a gas grill with a fire pit near it. The front-end desk managers are very professional and polite to all the customers. Breakfast is served every morning with some decent options such as egg wraps, waffles, cereal and sausage patties. Highly recommend! Thank you very much to Anisa, Pam, Aeshly, Crystal, Carolyn and Xavier as well as past members like Mark and Stephanie for your service while I was out here!!

What a great stay! Fabulous staff were friendly and helpful, hotel and my room very, very clean. COVID precautions being observed as much as possible (some other guests weren't masking and I don't blame staff because enforcement can be dangerous and scary the way some people's behaviors are irrational.)

A very nice, new hotel just on the fringe of the Capital region. Clean hotel in general and clean room, comfortable bed. Room was a bit small, which to me is fine its just a place sleep, but some might have an issue with this.

The staff was very friendly and always had a hello or good morning/evening when I passed.

The free breakfast was very good. It included waffles, oatmeal, bagels, a small selection of pastry, scrambled eggs and PORK sausage. I absolutely hate turkey anything, and love that I could have real sausage here. And as always Hampton Inn has the best coffee of any chain hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located immediately off I-90 and there are several food options nearby.

There is plenty of parking and two entrances (off Rt. 4 and Temple Dr.) The turns are not very accommodating for large vehicles but a bus was there when I was, so it's not impossible. I say this because as a tour bus driver myself the majority of my reviews are from that perspective, even though this time around I was here in my car.
