I'm new to the area, so I called 4 places, just off google. Todd got back to me quickly and was easy to work with. I had gotten a price from him, asked (and got answers to) questions, asked for changes and received them, received the revised contract, signed it and paid - all before two of the places had even returned my phone call! Todd was knowledgeable, and patient with questions, and I certainly would recommend him. 9 months later update - no complaints, they did a great job for me at a reasonable cost!

The owner and staff care about their clients. My family has been with the Agency since the 1990’s. They are always happy to check around for a better price when my insurance is almost up. Todd is a very kind man. Knows what he's doing. The one thing that bothers me is, he isn't my agent and I use him all the time. My agent is in Delhi but weren't willing to transfer me to Todd so he got credit for what he does for me. I recommend Todd all the time.

I've been an Hopmeier Evans Gage Insurance Co. client in multiple capacities for almost 2 decades. We've done a lot of business over the years. The staff at HEG always greets me by name and provides quality advice for my insurance needs, whether it's for rental properties, a big commercial insurance account, auto, motorcycle, or homeowners... and I *ahem* may not be the most 'responsible' client. Angela also does a great job providing Defensive Driving classes! I honestly can't recommend Dave and his friendly crew at HEG more strongly.
