Dickman Farms

Beautiful, healthy plants. We always get our Christmas plants for church there, and they last week's beyond the holidays.

Haven't been able to get there this year, but everyone was helpful on previous visits. Love browsing and seeing all the flowers. I've bought several plants and stands and ornamt from them. Awesome service and very knowledgeable staff.

I went in for help with some Christmas wreaths and possibly some garland for my business space. I wasn't even really sure what I wanted but was helped by the most wonderful staff. They helped me to hone my vision (that I didn't think I had) and even made suggestions to things that I would never think of. I have never been more excited to see the centerpieces and window pieces they put together for me! I should also note, that if I weren't helped, I probably would have walked in, felt overwhelmed and then left. I am so grateful for the wonderful customer service I received.

The best! Had a wonderful experience today picking out new landscaping plants. Staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to brainstorm ideas and suggest specific plants for our needs, even though there were a lot of customers also seeking help. Prices are reasonable - not discount prices that you get from the big box stores, but you get what you pay for and the quality of the advice is priceless. My only suggestion is being open a bit later would be a huge help - open till 5pm every day is hard to make it there during the week when it would be less busy. Overall, highly recommended! I'll be back.

I enjoy this place occasionally. They have a very interesting collection of plants and thier prices are not the worst.

Wonderful garden center! Terrific, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Sensational selection of healthy house plants, creative and lovely gift items and vast collection of pots and garden trellises and rakes and tools, and more. Impossible for a gardener to not be cheered after a visit to this beautiful place.

From a truck drivers perspective: Very friendly customer, lots of space to park after unloading and signs to make sure you don't get lost. Its in a residential area so just be sure to be respectful no Jake brakes and so on.

First Presbyterian Church of Waterloo always orders its holiday plants - both Easter and Christmas - from Dichman Farms, and we could not ask for more healthy, beautiful, and well-priced plants. Winter wonderland! Best Christmas tree shopping experience ever; large assortment of beautiful trees. Staff was excellent at helping with trees, stands and loading on the car. I highly recommend Dickman’s for Christmas decorating.

I absolutely love Dickman Farms! They have quality plants, way better than other local stores. This is the only place I will purchase my plants. Yes, the prices are a little higher, but you get what you pay for!

We really enjoyed the VaVaVoom event at DickmanFarms! I had no idea the greenhouse range was so vast, and so were all the items available for sale. It was an incredible selection of annuals, perennial, shrubs, herbs, ornamental items for your garden, etc. 6th generation, family owned, definitely a place to shop locally. Forget the big box stores and come here!! After working in a greenhouse for many years, I can attest to the efforts given by the crew here. Just a great place to visit.
