Mavis never disappoints! I spoke to George at the front desk who got me in quickly and was able to answer all the questions I had about my vehicle. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them each time I've been there. Prices are fair and competitive!

Ok. So here it is. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE 1st CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This establishment is HANDS DOWN my GO TO! The team as a collective is absolutely AMAZING! From the manager to the mechanics. I choose them over my dealership auto service department any day of the week. The staff is friendly, professional and does their best to get you in and out without delay. The prices are insanely affordable compared to other places in auburn. I highly recommend them for ANY issues with your car. I got my flat tire replaced (at a low cost),, and car serviced ($40 cheaper than what I was quoted from another location), in under 24hrs and that was only because the tire they needed wasn’t at that location. In UNDER 24hrs!!! Seriously, if you’ve never been, definitely give them a try. You won’t be disappointed ❤

This store has been really great for us...followed the GM there from another business because Keith is honest, forthright and genuine and would never lie to anyone. Services there have been thorough and effective. We will continue to patronize this store as long as Keith remains at the helm.

We have brought our cars to the team at Auburn Mavis many times and it’s always a good experience. The staff is pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and they make sure to keep you updated with the progress and are great with timing. They also accept FlexShopper(a financing/lease option for payments) which is so helpful for me especially with higher priced repairs/maintenance.

Set up an appointment for tire rotation, guys got me in as soon as I showed up. Was quick, during the rotation, 3 lug nuts were bad and they replaced them. Excellent job done by all.

I can't say enough about this place! Brought my mom's car in.They were honest it didn't need any work and they didn't charge me a penny...

They also gave me their expert opinion as to when the back tires should be replaced

I have been coming to Mavis Tire Store for at least two years. I have never been disappointed in their knowledge and or their service. I have gone here for oil changes and new tires. Keith and his staff are professional, respectful and explain the service on my mechanical knowledge. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

Not only did they get me right in and were super friendly they got me in and out quickly even after I asked if I could get a tire rotation too.
Price for an oil change (top grade) and a tire rotation cost a lot less than expected!!!
Definitely will come back when I need new tires. They have a wide variety of high quality tires at great prices.

As usual I waited until the last minute to get my vehicle inspected. I stopped in and the manager was able to get my car right in. Definitely great customer service and willing to work with customers. I highly recommend Mavis for your car needs.

I was quoted a price. It went up when I arrived and the assistant manager George went above and beyond. He called the call center and got the original price for me. Fantastic customer service.
