Was at the park at a cultural event. African, Hispanic, Asian etc. Loved the entertainment and food with booths with all kinds of things, including Riverland College people to get me set up with schooling referral.

Fun sledding hill for kids and adults. Great winter past-time.

Park & Rec does a great job of keeping this large in city area maintained! Great facilities, inside seating available, bathrooms inside pavilion building playground, lots of parking, handicap accessible to city wide trail system, and well maintained. Really could use a couple sets of portable toilets.

Lovely park to enjoy some outdoor time. Plenty of open space to enjoy family game time. Picnic under the trees or by the pond with the geese.

Is the center for several activities during the year. One of the cities walking/bike paths starts here and goes 3 or 4 miles to the NE (Todd Park area). There is a playground for the younger children. The etera s Pavillion is part of this property. You can take a family and have a picnic and rela . There is a parking lot along g with parking g along g the road.

Was just here for to help with the artworks festival and the Gear Daddies Show. Such a wonderful space. I love that they are finding more things to do down there.

We rented the Veteran's Pavilion for our Family Reunion. It is such a nice place, and at a reasonable rate that we can afford it for a family event. It was $150 for the day, and we just had to remove our garbage and make sure it was cleaned up, then take the key back to the Park and Rec., and get your $100 deposit back.

My family and I have participated in Church at the Park with Cornerstone Church and had a blast! We also came out to this park to see a Star Wars movie with the community. This area is well-kept, has a very nice playground for the kids, and plenty of picnic tables. During the winter, this is also the place to be when it comes to sledding (Skinner's Hill is right next to the bandshell field area).

We attended a wedding in the veterans memorial chapel. Beautiful!
