If you need your tablet fixed, come here. My mother's tablet charger stopped working and we looked everywhere to see who can fix it but no buyers. On a whim I looked up tablet repair near me on Google and found this place. They of course said they can fix it for only 99.00 dollars, it was a great deal. The tablet works great now.

Laura was awesome! I've been attempting to Google/troubleshoot an iPhone file storage/transfer issue for weeks. Laura initially was met with the same issue but took the time to try using a couple softwares to access and export my inaccessible files. It took a couple hours, but I now have all the files on an external drive and can delete the originals off my phone to create some space. Friendly and fantastic service, definitely don't hesitate to bring your business here!

I brought in my iPhone 11 pro with a cracked screen hoping for a quick repair, and I got exactly that. 15 minutes, in and out. Much cheaper than the local competitors as well. I will be recommending Device Pitstop to anyone looking for a repair.

This is a great place. I have taken my laptop in recently for two repairs: a new keyboard and a new battery. Each time the service was quick, cordial and professional. When I phone Device Pitstop I get through right away to a human being -- yes, a human being. This small shop is the best.

Update: Another great experience at Device Pitstop. I recently purchased a HP Pavilion laptop at a big discount from new. It was worth paying extra for the Solid State Drive. My laptop is super fast now. Jake was a really good at explaining to me its features and also steered me away from buying a computer that didn't actually suit my needs. Everybody at the store is very knowledgeable and also very good at teaching the customers the technology without being too nerdy about it to where we don't understand what they're talkin about! I would definitely be back when I'm looking for a deal on a monitor keyboard and mouse to complete my work station.

I had a great experience at device Pitstop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially because I brought to them an unusual request. They fixed a key fob for me that ordinarily would have been a $500 replacement at the dealership. Good people and very knowledgeable in their field. I will definitely go back to them.

Emma and the staff are friendly, highly skilled, and efficient at taking what is teetering on inoperable and making it as good as new. Love their work, and I'll be sending more their way if and when the time comes.

I can’t say enough great things about this business. The owner really cares about customer service. I haven’t bought a brand new phone in years because they’re way better priced to buy a gently used one from here. If my phone has any issues they fix it promptly and communicate excellently.

Brought my phone in today to get my charging port replaced. They checked it out and it didn’t need to be replaced. They just cleaned it up for me for free and it works good now! My wife and I had them put new screen protectors on and they look brand new. Thanks for the help!

I am visiting from Chicago and 2 hours before leaving my iPhone got stuck in a update mode. We tried for about an hour to fix it but nothing worked. We decided to try Device Pit Stop in Rivertown Center, Grandville Mi and they couldn’t of been more helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Laura and the other associate had a couple resolutions to try and it literally was fixed in minutes.
