Dan and the Chucks team was great! My fridge quit and Dan was able to sell me a new one and deliver it before all my food spoiled. The service and installation was what a great neighborhood business does.

Dan was most helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs then found us the exact washer and gas clothes dryer we needed. Dan arranged for prompt delivery and installation. The delivery men and installers (Zach and Steve) arrived on time and very carefully brought the new appliances in and took old old appliances out. If we need prompt and efficient appliance sales and service I will always go to Chucks. They were there when we needed them. Dan was a confident and competent person to work with.

We bought a Bosch dishwasher about two years ago from them. We had a problem with it not running, so we gave them a call. Spoke with Kevin. He asked, before they send someone and pay them for a housecall, to try a quick fix...and it worked. Great ethics. They were prompt and efficiant when they installed it as well.

We've always had a good experience at Chuck's. Everyone is always willing to help and go thd extra mile. We have gotten three major appliances from them and I wouldn't think twice about going back! I have always felt like we've gotten a good deal and great customer service. Thanks Dan!

Ordered complete set of appliances from Chuck’s and very pleased with value and service.Microwave came inoperable from GE, technician was able to problem solve and take care of issue. Feel I wouldn’t have had such good service if I had gone to Big box store. Like that I have someone I can call if there should be any other issues. Kitchen update looks great, thanks!

My name is Barry and I was looking a new TV, So I saw that CHUCK’S APPLIANCE & TV IN PETOSKEY sold tv’s. Went on in there they we most helpful in picking out a tv for me and my family. The sale person also had it delivered and setup in my house they even took my old bad tv too. I couldn’t be more happy with the service there definitely will back in the future. Excellent customer service! We needed a washer and dryer they offered an excellent deal with next day delivery. After checking everywhere locally this was the best deal in town!
