I love love love this place !! Everyone is always so helpful!! I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she took me straight to what I wanted. I take my jewelry to get cleaned for free and it’s ready the next day !! I bought an anklet and bracelet ! She helped me size my ankle, make sure I get the correct size.

I haven't been to them since they moved locations and may I say the staff was incredibly friendly when I was adding the ABC charm to my bracelet. The jewelry options are wonderful as I have multiple pieces from them and their new collections are beautiful. As well as the building change has made for a much bigger space that feels welcoming.

I don't have any complaints. Luckily when I stop by there is no wait. The customer service is great and they are very helpful. It is located in a high traffic shopping center, so that is sometimes a bit annoying.

I would just like to give a huge shout out to the associate who went out of her way to help me with a very special occasion. I believe her name was Patricia. Her customer service is stellar! I went in with a vision and she made it come to life. My Girlfriend loved the gift and I appreciate Patricia being able to return it to me on the same day even though she was very busy. Thank you again.

I have to brag on this location! The ladies are always so sweet and helpful! By far my favorite location. They are quick with soldering on charms (sometimes they have even had my bracelet ready same day!), they are always smiling and friendly towards all of their customers, and I have never had any issues. Thank you all for being so awesome! I will definitely be back!❤

Had a great experience in store with Ms. Betty. I'll admit, I wasn't the easiest customer to work with (I was coordinating bracelet charms with my siblings via multiple phone calls for a gift for our mom, and was in a time pinch-- meaning I needed to get the charms that same day so no shipping/ordering any charms not in store). Ms. Betty was so eager to help, patient, and took out multiple charm options to give me some ideas. She even looked up charm availability at nearby stores so one of my siblings knew where to find the charm they were looking for. Could add more details but had a positive experience overall! Walked out happy and the jewelry of course is beautiful.

Always a happy day at any James Avery store. Added an armadillo charm gift from Christmas to my hracelet. Moved the Kitkat charm to grand daughter's bracelet and a pink bead surprise to her bracelet. Fun. Pop even had fun.

Friendly staff and beautiful jewelry. I bought some earrings for my niece and she loves them! The online picture of the earrings really doesn't do them justice. So beautiful.
