When I had a water bill to pay in recent years, the ladies were very helpful in the office. The candy was good, too. :)

If I could rate the wonderful people I have had the pleasure of dealing with, I would give you 5 stars. Everyone has been very kind, professional and efficient. However, in all honesty, I cannot figure out WHY you have not caught up with the times? Why is there not an option to pay our bill either by phone or online? It cannot possibly be that hard or costly to do. Why can we not pay by card? Why do you not forward your calls after hours? It takes forever to try to find someone when the water goes out. Why do you not have a FB account? If you had a FB account it would stem the needless calls to your office or to the after hours person (if there is one) when the water is cut off or if we have a boil alert. As it is now, there is NO WAY for us to know. Saying you will alert the media is not enough. It would be nice if there was a reverse call system in place that would send out a message to your customers, in an emergency.

While customer service at the office is friendly and professional a lack of activity put forth in fixing the massive amounts of water leaks everyone seems to have perhaps there wouldn’t be such a water shortage if it were fixed. That water runs 24 seven on broken lines that are not being repaired. Not too long ago there was an increase to help pay for these repairs Im not opposed to the increase I’m more than happy to pay it, but I don’t see any activity in anything being fixed not only in my place but in the surrounding neighbors around me. So where’s the work being done that’s worse? Even though we’ve only been here less than a year supposedly this has been going on for years behind us before we came here. From talking to others they to want to know when are the improvements going to happen? Now you expect us as customers young and old to go out get on our hands and knees empty out the leaking water bail it out remove water mud rocks gravel grass to read the meter it should have been read by a professional. Its not our job. It’s called service. Perhaps if the water wasn’t over flooding wet mud and draining the elderly could get down on their hands and knees and read the meter then call it in if we had good vision or Clearwater but that’s not always the case unfortunately. I can see conserving the water threw extreme heat it would be needed, but I can also say there’s not a lot going on to do anything about the repairs to conserve the water that’s being lost running freely from the many broken pipes. You can see this easily by the green grass that grows around the Water meter where it runs. It’s much lighter runoff lasts a few month after that it runs to the ditch keeping the ground so wet we could not make repairs to our property because a dump truck won’t back up where we needed dirt due to this wet soft ground.
Perhaps more people need to go to meetings maybe then we can get some answers, more detailed information or action more Customers need to conceder attending these meetings.
We should all rethink putting in flowers trees gardens and let’s not forget pets an livestock.
It all costs us an if there is not Sufficient water that will last us it’s a pretty big issue. There seems to be a lack of repairs or perhaps employee shortage not sure at this point, but there is a wide time frame on anything being done to improve the water pressure from way back I’m being told with an out dated system and a district that wants its customers to fill in as workers. I won’t mind reading it soon as you fix it to where it can be seen clearly with out laying in the wet ground that dosent dry out because of the water run off from the never ending leak.

Day 10 still no water. We have never had a problem with the water until recently. Whatever was done that caused this problem needs to be rectified immediately. This is unacceptable.

We have had zero water pressure for months. We have called, with no action taken to rectify this situation. We have a leak on their end, which we reported, with nothing done once again! We now have NO water, and found out there was a water main burst by contacting a friend. There is no up to date communication from this company! Water is vital for life.

I moved away from here back in 85'. I moved back home, to Rattan, about 15 mos. ago. Nothing has changed for the most part. Any business that can extort you for more money, under the radar, does it. This Comp. is SUPPOSED to be here to serve the citizens of Push. Co. WE are not happy with the way you do business. Make it possible for the citizens to pay there bills online, when the water is to be shutoff for repairs then email your customers and let them know and when you remove a meter CAP OFF the lines going to the home/business so that dirt/gravel/rocks will not be introduced into the customers water system.

** update**
Still not turned on and its January 2022. We have caught flu, strep, and covid from not being able take care ourself properly. This is absolutely ridiculous especially when all we need is a meter which only takes 30mins to put in. Finding a lawyer soon.

Paid for water get turned on in Aug 2021 and it's now Nov 2021. Whenever we ask when they will be turning it on they tell us "we will have to wait and that someone been waiting 8months for their water" very unprofessional. I am disabled with immunity disorder and 3 young kids. This is ridiculous.

Typical rural Oklahoma? Don't know just moved here. I used to live in another State Rural area 13 years NO ISSUES. This ANTLERS PUSHMATAHA COUNTY? is a JOKE. I've been here a month and already 5 times water shut off with no notice. Maybe I'll send them the Bill for my water heater that fried due to being emptied

What decade are you guys living in? You don’t have an after hours phone for emergency calls. You don’t have an active Facebook account to let people know what you are doing. You cannot pay your bills on line. You’re like black and white tv in a world of high definition! As I write this. It is midnight, we have no water and no way to contact you....you don’t even forward your after hours phone to somebody!

4 weeks with no water to our home. We have 4 children in our house. This has been terrible. Would rate zero stars if possible.
