Chili's Grill & Bar

Had the Southwest Egg Rolls. The service was fantastic. The Manager stopped and asked about the service and the food. Really great guy. The food was hot and delicious. It was a cold day and ac was on but the manager moved us where we got heat from the sun. Our waitress was prompt and so good. I will definitely stop there again. When we were leaving the Mgr told us to be safe and enjoy our trip.

I will definitely add this Chili’s back to my list of restaurants to frequent. Food was amazing, Spice-a-Rita was great. Our server, Ellis, was TOP NOTCH!! It had been a long time since I had been to Chili’s due to past experiences not being favorable…in fact down right horrible. It has truly made a complete 360!!

Ate lunch with my family today and as usually it was awesome the food was hot my hostess was amazing and the waitress was on time they even added new items like the chicken, buffalo ranch sandwich come see them and check out my new item

We ordered from the lunch menu. Loaded potato soup and Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl. I had never had either, but I will be getting them both again! So good!

I really like Chili's Quesadilla Explosion Salad, and they had it perfect Saturday afternoon. Kudos to the manager present when I visited; he was wiping down tables, helping with orders, greeting and seating folks. (Was he cooking too? :) ) He was polite, businesslike, and the ultimate professional. He effusively apologized for being short-staffed - but this is a Nationwide problem. Nonetheless, I enjoyed hearing it; too many businesses could care less about customer satisfaction: This manager cared, and I was very impressed. And the salad was perfect! Alexandria Chili's - YOU ROCK!!

I would just like to say, we just ate there and our food the service and atmosphere was amazing our server Courtney was fantastic so thank you very much Courtney from table 3 well atleast that's what the little tablet said when we paid you are a fantastic server and I hope you have a fantabulous night!!!!!😃😃😃😃

Tia was a really good waitress. We asked to watch a certain football game and they changed the channel with no problem. Definitely will be returning.

New management making a positive difference for the Alexandria Chili’s. Clean and well-kept, service is quick and attentive, and the food was delicious.

Excellent service and the food was Great.....yesterday was the best tasting hamburger & onion pedals (their version of onion rings) and today was chicken fried steak and loaded mash potatoes &broccoli

Stopped in for a quick snack after a long drive. Bartender was amazing and recommended a great snack and a great drink!! Great experience all around!!

I was a little nervous to go here with all the mixed reviews. But we went and are so happy we did! Our waitress was awesome. Honestly one of the best waitresses we have had, ever. The food really good and affordable too. We will be back again:)

Chilli’s is one of my family go to spots for lunch, birthdays etc. On yesterday we celebrated a birthday. I have to stop everything to compliment the entire Chili’s staff. Our waitress was a true combination of welcoming and professional all wrapped up in one. The cook had all the food presented fabulously and the taste was just as good. For all the changes that has taken place I am truly happy with them. It makes a difference when your money is well spent.

My wife and I went to chills grill@bar we enjoyed hour food .I got the ranch bruger and my wife got the mashed potato. They was out of pasta when we went and out of ribs.we also had to wait about 25 mins to be seated. But we still enjoyed going and will be going back .

The food was really good honestly and the people in to go work really hard! Thank you guys I also learned some bad things about this place tho with the mangers

They've changed some of their food items and they just aren't the same anymore. Our server was great. We were just about the only people in the restaurant. That being said the tables around us were dirty and unstocked. When I worked at chilis back the day and we took more pride in our store, I think.

Due to social distancing, they used a text service when our table was ready and I really liked that! We went during a busy night and the text let us know the wait time and linked us to the seating order. Once seated the waiter (I believe it was Kyle) was fast and on his game! We had drinks quick and with his recommendations we had our order in. When the food came out it was hot and tasty with no issues.
I'll definitely be back next time in the area!
