Far more good experiences than bad. Every single time Mr Harold is greeting at a door I just KNOW we’re going to have a blessed day. We LOVE him! My kids are weird with strangers but they love giving him high fives and telling him to have a blessed day because they see the light of Jesus shining in him. His positivity can uplift that entire store simply because he greets you as you enter and blesses you on your way out. It makes his day when people stop to talk to him so please, if you see this, say hello to him!

COSTCO is a great place to shop, all the COSTCO brand items are great, the fruit and veggies are always fresh, and if you get something that doesn't meet your expectations, you take it back for a refund. I have gotten glasses and contacts from COSTCO, and purchased big dollar items like televisions and kitchen appliances. The warranty on the items are outstanding. We always look at COSTCO first before going anywhere else.

I'm from North Carolina and unfortunately while visiting your area I picked up a nail and needed to get a tire. I was about due for new tires anyway so luckily you had 4 (several places had to order my size and I didn't have time to wait). It took less than 90 minutes for you guys to put my tires on for me. Thank you. Driving home I felt so much safer.

I went to the vision center, already scheduled an appointment. The team is fast friendly and efficient. The Doctor has me diagnosed in 5 mins , told me what reading glasses in needed with my contacts off the top of his head and they are perfect!!! Thanks Doc

I had a very short list of groceries and they had everything. It was a very quick in and out. I did use the self-checkout against my better judgment.

It's a Walmart. The staff is great. The other shoppers however....... Just pay attention in the parking lot or you will get hit or run over. This area is filled with complete idiots. My favorite is the 90 year olds who all need to drive the biggest vehicles they can buy then take 30 min to back it into the pickup spot making the workers have to do extra.

Terable ... they want everyone to use self check out, but they don't work half the time.
I rang my stuff up, I was paying with cash, after putting in a $10 bill the register stopped working. So the Walmart employee came to help me. She could not get the register to work so she told me I would need to go to another register and rering my stuff up..I had a lot of items. So she said she would ring it up. Went to pay and of course it was a card only register..so I ended up going to the only 1 register with an employee working at it and for the 3rd time I finally got my order rang up and paid for. 30 minutes later.
If you are going to have only self checkout you should at least have working registers.

I normally don’t leave reviews but i met an outstanding associate named Jalen she manages in the clothes and she went above and beyond for me. I needed help in the hardware section and she took her time and even researched what kind of smoke alarm was best for my needs. Walmart she’s a keeper for sure

Quick in an out, super clean, 8pm and hardly anyone … service was fast and I was out.

Nice people... yet going into Walmart superstore always keeps my head on a swivel because of all the shootings in their stores.

Found everything easily that I went for and some other stuff, I didn’t go for. Lines were not long so no long wait time

All in all this store is pretty well ran and seems to be well kept. The 5 stars honestly have nothing to do with the store itself but instead they are for the Greeter named Harold. He brings a bright spot to any day and always welcomes everyone with a smile. Instead of dreading going on a Walmart run we look forward to seeing Harold and getting a big hug. Our kids love him and we hope he is a fixture that will be around forever.

The store was very clean and organized. Great selection for all your needs.

It's a nice big Walmart. It's definitely a lot cleaner and there's a lot more stuff on the shelves in the ones you see you tonight deans bridge or the one by Augusta Mall

01/02/22 Walmart I just have one question WHY ISNT THIS YOUNG LADY MGT…I witnessed Mgt and countless employees go to her for things they didn’t know how to do. Therefore her badge doesn’t fit her description. I totally understand that u guys have such a huge workload until it’s easy to overlook Amazing under appreciated employees. I can only hope that u all will not only acknowledge this young lady but place her within her value. It’s 2022 Walmart be the change u guys want to see!!!

Had extra errands to run therefore I was running behind nevertheless Michelle in pickup spotted me. She said she was actually cleaning up nevertheless the less she dropped what she was doing and hurriedly helped me with the biggest smile ever on her face! Customer Service at its best!!

Can buy just about anything here. You can pick it up, have it delivered, or go in and buy.
