Amazing customer service and top of the line products. Thank you so much Danica (I hope my spelling is correct). This was my first time in the store and Danica’s knowledge and upbeat helpfulness made my last minute shopping a joy. Having received Lush products before as gifts(skin cleanser and bath bombs), I knew that I loved the quality, fresh ingredients, and the smells(I’d go back to the store just to smell everything—seriously!). I may have kept a couple of my gift purchases for myself;)

My daughter and I love coming here when we are in Louisville. We last visited on Saturday, February 10th in the afternoon. Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for, and even some things we didn't know that we needed until they showed us the product. One associate, named Gwen, was exceptional at their job and made the experience a great one.

Love love love this place! My faves are angels on bare skin scrub and pretty much any bath bomb. Just don’t be like me and not read the directions on the lavender sleep bomb that is wrapped in fabric. 😂. The fabric is supposed to stay on to keep the lavender bits inside.

I go here a couple times a year and my experience is always amazing but this time the employee named Danika really went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed and making sure I felt welcome. I will definitely be back more often they were amazing!

My little girl just came home with a bag full of little things from you all. The heart felt message you all sent with meant the world to me. Thank you for your beautiful gift. My daughter was there yesterday and told the story of her father passing and you all made her heart so full to bring me the bag thank you so much. It's the little things that keep people going !

The sales associate was very informative. I plan on going back because it's a handmade store and I saw more items I want. I also appreciate the free sample gift.

First time I've ever been to a Lush. My friends and I had driven 2 hours to go to PF Changs and we stopped by the mall to go here. I was armed with a list from my daughter to get several things. They have strict covid procedures. You can't pick anything up unless you're buying it, you can't open or smell anything without help from a worker. They hand sanitize your hands before you go in. All in all not a bad experience. They had good stock of items available. It can be expensive for some items but everything is well made.

They literally make everything homemade and from their own hands so it's pretty cool and I talked to my mom into buying her some bath bombs cuz she used to love them when I was a kid she hasn't told me how they are yet but I'll definitely let you guys know.

Took advantage of the annual Boxing Day Sale where all holiday items are 50% off, made out like a bandit! Staff was helpful as always and kept a strict rule of how many customers were allowed inside at once for safety reasons.

Cass was so helpful! Now I can’t wait to throw a party and make bath bombs here!!

I absolutely love all of the Lush products! I have not been disappointed and love that they are all naturally made in Canada. You can return the containers for free product!

The only lush I'm able to go to that's in my area within a 30 minute drive, however I'm glad it is. The staff here is ALWAYS so very courteous and kind. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I've never ever had a complaint from this store besides the normal stock of fresh face masks being sold out. Every visit is a great one.

Elise made my day a thousand times better! She is such a kind soul and even made some recommendations for shower gels similar to my bath bomb choice.
