We had such a great dine in experience last Monday we came back this Monday and had the pleasure of being helped by the same amazing kid! He was kind, helpful and honestly if this was a traditional restaurant I'd tip him triple! He's a huge reason we came back and we have 3 more Mondays we'll be in town and you bet we'll be here! Thanks for the incredible service Lord!

My husband and I was in your restaurant last week and a young lady. By the name of Tara waited on us I could not ask for a better server. She was very kind, sweet and made sure that we had everything that we had ordered as we sit down to eat. Tara came to our table to make sure if there was anything else that we needed. She was a very polite young lady and told us if there was anything we needed. Or if we would like to have a dessert that she would assistance in getting one I would really like to say that if every restaurant had employees like Tara.
Then there would not be so many complaints on different restaurants. I think tara Is an amazing sweet young lady. Thank you very much, and I would like to send a special. Thank you to Tara

really delicious to my surprise. Have only been one other time. The staff at this location was very friendly and i liked the way they came around and asked if we wanted more breadsticks.

Very fast, relaxed, and tasty! First time taking my toddler and we really enjoyed the family night out.

Everything was great. From the time we approached the counter, I believe his name was Aaron, was so friendly, helpful and patient with us. Our food only took a few minutes. The breadsticks were amazing. While we ate, several of the employees continued to bus the tables and clean up for the next guests. Aaron came around to check if everything was ok. Great job to last night's crew at the Alton IL location.

Came in with my family and the service was great! The manager Tara was very kind and friendly with the kids! Definitely a good eat, with friendly staff! Will be coming back for sure!!

FANTASTIC! I loved Fazolis as a kid and the one in my hometown closed down. The food here was amazing, the bread sticks were awesome, and the workers were genuinely nice. I'll be visiting this one more!!

Jennifer was so friendly and even gave us extra breadsticks while we waited in the drive up for our food to made fresh and hot and it did not disappoint either!

Maycie was very efficient and just an all-round pleasant person to deal with.
Very courteous, polite, and cheerful, making our dining experience most wonderful. Maycie should be commended for her outstanding performance of her employment.

Danielle was super sweet and the food was quick. She was completely bubbly and so kind and the food was yummy. 10 out of 10 all together.

Good price for 2 under $20 for two pasta meals with salad, one tortellini other fettuccine alfredo. Awesome bread sticks. They even put fresh parmesan on the pasta.

Hey!! You can never go wrong with Fazoli's great tasting Authentic Italian food served up Hot , Fresh and Fast with the all your little tummy can handle bread sticks, It's a no brainer .

Jennifer was very polite at the window and gave me parmesan cheese which is always nice!
