Just switched 4 lines to T-Mobile from Verizon and needed a lot of help. Wolf was amazing, guiding us through the process and helping to get the right phone for each family member. It took several hours of Wolf's incredible patience to seamlessly transfer everything over to the new phones, transferring from a pixel to an iphone was especially tricky. In the end, we had everything set up perfectly and have a new plan with more features and hopefully better service and coverage than we did with Verizon. Thanks also to the store manager Austin, who was also super helpful and professional.

We had a great experience here. Wolf and Austin were super helpful, and even told us a childhood yarn about a bear cub drinking a gallon-bottle of milk on a kitchen counter. They stood with us during the long data transfer process when we switched phones. Thank you!

Wish I could remember the guys name, maybe Austin, he went above and beyond to help me when I came in when my charger port was messed up and helped me file my insurance claim which is 100% not his job and he helped every step of the way. Much appreciated very happy customer !! Came in maybe a month ago or so hopefully that guy gets a raise !

A great experience! Logan was exceptional! Extremely knowledgable and personable. I purchased 3 new phones and upgraded our family plan. Would highly recommend T-Mobile vs the other carriers. Wolf also helped out. What a great team! Keep up the great work!

Being wrongly directed by assurance wireless to see if T-Mobile could fix my phone I met Wolf, who could have turned me away, but he did find out what the problem was (the tip of the charging cord broke off in the phone), and even helped me get a new phone by calling assurance wireless and telling them he couldn't do anything for me. Then he offered my best friend a fantastic deal for half the price she's paying now. If you want a great deal with knowledgeable employees, go to the T-mobile by Dollar Tree. You won't be sorry!!

T-Mobile as a whole is amazing. Sprint’s signal is way behind the curve with CDMA and AT&T and Verizon charge you an arm and a leg for anything. Not to mention the misc. charges they throw on your bill and just hope you don’t call and fix it. This store is amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If there’s and issue they can resolve they will call and message their support until they have a solution for you. Unlimited everything with taxes and fees included AND NO CONTRACTS! Can’t express enough how refreshing it is to be clear on what you’re getting and what to expect on your bill....half the price of their competitors. Coverage is top notch too.

This store is great! People there always help as best they can. If they can't help you on the spot they always have options for you. I highly recommend this location and carrier. Not to mention TMobile is wayyy less $ than their competition. So happy
