Arcadian Shop

The Arcadian shop is an incredible spot for all sorts of supplies tools toys and clothing all things outdoors! They have three stuck full of everything for All seasons. The top floor focuses on kayak stand up and other water sports. Including a nice selection of inflatable kayaks. The middle floor has clothing supplies and a really good area full of camping gear. The basement floor is a really nice bike shop including electric bikes.
As we walked around the shop recently we were really impressed with the friendly attitude and great outdooring spirit of the staff. Everywhere we went in the store staff members engaged with us talk with us and helped guide our decisions when we needed their advice. They are all accomplished outdoors people. I recommend this place.

What a quaint but expert-curated shop! They have all that you need to explore the great outdoors in style! The items are name brand and high quality, so priced accordingly. I can’t wait to come back! There’s even trails right out back!

It's a great shop! I took my sons bike in with a flat tire, expecting to drop it off and pick it up later. To my pleasant surprise they replaced it in minutes and we got back out there on the trail! Great people, thank you again!

Arcadian Shop is the best! Their staff is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are our go-to shop for outdoor gear for every season. I recently purchased my paddle board and Thule crossbars. They helped install the crossbars and shared tips. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the shop is very helpful. Keith kept me updated on bike availability and notified me when new models arrived. I picked up my new bike and look forward to many miles of causal riding.

Amazing outdoor store with helpful guidance and a unique friendliness, but the bike shop down stairs is truly phenomenal! These guys are doing a standup job and extremely knowledgeable, great products and very fair service fees.

Favorite shop in town! We've bought bikes & kayaks from Arcadian and can't say enough great things about the staff. They're all very knowledgeable/helpful and always go above & beyond. One of the owners, Mink, helped us assemble our kayak racks and gave us a full tutorial on how to secure them. They have an amazing selection of outdoor gear & brands and you can't go wrong. These guys are so honest! I have bought new hiking shoes here as needed for years, and they are always so helpful. Today, though, they went above and beyond. My new shoes weren’t quite fitting properly, so I went to get a new pair. After examining the old shoe, they decided the stitching was off and filled out an application for a refund credit for me. At first I thought it was only my odd foot anatomy causing the problen, but they insisted that it was the shoe ... they could have easily let me lose the money, but instead they chose the high route. This kind of service and honesty is what I have come to expect at Arcadian Shop.🧡🧡 10/10

We made our first kayak purchases here (Santee 116 sport) and excitedly drove an hour out to pick them up. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with setting up the roof rack system and taught us how to strap the kayaks down safely. We couldn’t yet shop inside the store due to Covid-19 but we will definitely be back again to shop and enjoy the cafe and Kennedy park, it’s worth the drive.

Great service always but especially during Covid pandemic. Called re SUP board and was welcomed in to store ( with mask). Jeff “Mink” was so helpful and knowledgeable. I love my new SUP board and highly recommend Arcadian Shop for boards , kayaks , bikes , hiking gear and great selection of clothes

I recently spoke to the bike shop over the phone to help me find a new mountain bike, and the gentlemen I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even knew about the trails near my home to help match me up with a appropriate model. Great guy. Not pushy or anything.

Best shop for kayaks in Berkshire County. These guys have been awesome from when I first got into kayaking four years ago. They set up a test paddle for me and got me into the perfect boat! The staff is friendly and helpful and I recommend them to anyone looking to get into the sport.

Wonderful place to buy high quality clothes. Great bike repair.super helpful staff. Sales are awesome. And you can take a hike from the parking lot in Kennedy park. I buy half my clothes here. Just bought a bunch of Christmas presents here and everyone loved therm.

Arcadian Shop is located next to Kennedy Park a beautiful wooded park with trails for all seasons. They also have a great little cafe.

I recently bought some boots from the Arcadian online shop that I have been searching for FOR MONTHS! Not only was my size available, but they shipped quickly all the way to Montana. When there was an issue Ethan addressed it quickly and communicated well. Great customer service and I will be using the Arcadian online store in the future!
