Great experience working with Annie. She was very patient as we explored design ideas. The store had a beautiful selection of faucets, cabinetry, tile and kitchen design concepts.

Amanda from Kitchen and Bath Gallery in North Attleboro designed my kitchen. I could not have asked for a better partner. She was a pleasure to work with. She has an eagle eye for detail, checks all the small print and everything fit perfectly! It’s symmetrical, balanced and beautiful. Would highly recommend Amanda!

Annie was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! We had to completely re-do our primary bathroom due to a leaking shower and Annie was able to help us design our dream bathroom within our budget. Her compassion, humor, and expertise with renovations were invaluable in this long, confusing, and surprising process! We can't thank her enough!

I was very impressed with the sales person I had the pleasure of working with at Supply New England in Yarmouth, MA. Her name was Isadora. She answered all of my questions and even went the distance to check on any questions that might come up. She made my experience 100% enjoyable and easy to understand mostly because she was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for more help with our bathroom remodel.

My wife and I visited the Kitchen & Bath Gallery in mid-August. The showroom was expansive and there were many examples of all types of fixtures, but the highlight of our visit was Jennifer Ayala. Her knowledge of the inventory / options available and her suggestions were extremely helpful and the mock-ups she created were great due to the time and effort she spent on them. We had an appointment from 4:30-5pm and she stayed with us until 6pm (an hour after close!) to get all of our fixtures selected and documented in her system. The next day, she sent us an incredibly thorough and professional spec-book with pictures, estimates and all possible details. Jennifer’s customer service and dedication is rare and is very much appreciated! Thank you so much, Jennifer!

I am so happy I decided to check here for my vanity. I was looking to replace my old vanity ( in an older home) and having trouble because it’s smaller than what is being sold now. I had been to multiple showrooms and very discouraged. Annie was great! Helped me build a simple, beautiful cabinet that was delivered on time. I definitely recommend Supply New England and ask for Annie Fyffe. She was so kind and helpful and my vanity is beautiful!

Amanda Ortendahl was wonderful to work with and incredibly knowledgeable of the vast portfolio of products. She took the time to get to know my style and help me make selections that fit the design aesthetic of each room. I was amazed how she captured all of the finer plumbing details and she also took the time to explain the pros and cons for key decisions to be made. By the time I got home she sent me a beautiful look book. Highly recommend her services.

We just completed our bathroom renovation and working with Annie was such a joy. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the project, assisted with every detail of it including design, fixtures, tiles, vanity and cabinet selection, shower door selection, heating floors, and all other things. Great job on her behalf!

Supply New England's Kitchen & Bath Gallery in North Attleboro helped us design our bathroom renovation about 10 years ago. Recently, the plastic water diverter inside our bathtub spout fell out, so I went to Supply New England for help to find a replacement, and spoke with Kayla, a design consultant. She contacted Kohler, the manufacturer, and while Kohler couldn’t send me the plastic part, they will send me a whole new spout w/o charge! Now that’s great customer service from both the manufacturer and Supply New England. Also demonstrates the after-sale value of working with Supply New England at the design stage.

Annie Fyffe, design consultant, has been super responsive and helpful! It has been a pleasure to work with her.
Sadly, Kohler is somewhat backordered on a few items so order early! But.,Quality is good.

I walked in NE Kitchen and Bath Supply looking for a couple new toilets for my house and was geeeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic salesperson, Annie Fyffe. She is extremely knowledgeable and guided me to several alternatives which were exactly what I was looking for. Since then I have visited multiple times looking at everything from backsplash tile, porcelain tile , cabinet handles, bathroom and kitchen faucets.
She has guided me every step of the way with grace and enthusiasm and made the decision making on the renovation so much easier!
She is a stella employee , listens to everything the customer says and no matter how busy she is, puts them first. I will go back there again and again because of Annie.

Annie was so awesome to work with and knowledgeable about my project. From sink, to tiles, to shower fixtures, Annie was able to offer up the most amazing pieces that flowed beautifully in my now renovated bathroom. She went out of her way got me and made sure I had a delayed item for my project. Highly recommended Annie!!!!

Just had a great experience buying a beautiful Kohler kitchen faucet from Kitchen and Bath Gallery in Triboro Plaza, North Attleboro, MA; part of Supply New England. It's a good showroom, with multiple models and brands set up in nice displays. My salesperson Amanda was friendly, not pushy, very knowledgeable — and extremely helpful, above and beyond what I could expect. There were some really tricky aspects of buying a faucet for my tight kitchen space, and she guided me expertly through all my options. I knew she was good when she called Kohler to get a spec that wasn't on their sheet (would the handle push too far back and hit my windowsill?). But then when I thought I'd have to pester my plumber with another fit question — she called him instead, and called me right back with an answer — PLUS she ended up calling another showroom and getting the manager to hand-measure a candidate she didn't have at Triboro — I decided that she's honestly one of the best sales reps I've ever encountered. And THEN she persuaded her manager to add some flexibility to part of the final deal. (I hope every customer isn't as much trouble as I ended up being; don't think I've ever needed this much service before.) Five stars.

I went to Supply New England's Kitchen & Bath Gallery in North Attleboro and had such an amazing experience working with Annie Fyffe. I can't say enough good things! She worked with me to select all the fixtures and sinks for my kitchen and bathrooms on a new construction home. I got there not knowing what I wanted and having a tight timeline and budget - She helped me create a look for each room that I love. She also ensured all the products I was considering were able ship on time which would have been such a challenge for me considering COVID-19 and the many delays and out of stocks it has caused. But she new her products and new the comparable alternatives, and was able to quickly adjust. She communicated every step and worked with my builder to provide all pertinent information. Annie gave me the peace-of-mind I needed to get through this stage of the build process. I would trust her on future projects and recommend to anyone.

I visited the Tri-Boro Plaza location not sure if I needed a new kitchen faucet or if old one could be fixed. The water was running very slowly. Annie recommended that, before I buy a new one, I should call Kohler customer service and they could send a new part. Turns out that's just what I needed. Great advice Annie. I didn't buy a new faucet from you, but you've definitely earned my business next time!

Renovating our main bathroom was a big project for us. The best part of the renovation was the excellent advice and suggestions from Maria Gauthier at Supply New England's Kitchen and Bath Gallery in North Attleboro. Maria helped us choose the perfect vanity, faucet, and top. In addition, we had an unusual situation when selecting a toilet. Without Maria's research, we would have had such a challenging time finding a toilet that would work in a space that included a baseboard heater on the wall behind it. This bathroom looks so different and functions so well. Thank you to Maria for her professionalism and diligence. Please see Maria. You will not be disappointed!
