I Love the Arlington Scoop & Scootery.❤❤❤ They have the best Butter Pecan Ice Cream on the planet and the staff is Fabulous, Fast and always Friendly. Whenever a friend hypes up a restaurant, my initial reaction is "I'll try to visit on your recommendation, but I'm skeptical." Well, The Scoop N Scootery's one I wish I hadn't been putting off for so long. I'm not the biggest ice cream fan but their sundaes are definitely my thing.

Edit 5 years later: pro tip: there's probably no way you can get a sundae and finish it on your own, even at the smallest size. It is magnificent. The photos really don't show how large the "mini" is. Share!

Very good experience here! I want to give a shout-out to Sean! We ordered ice cream through Uber Eats and never received our order. When I contacted Uber eats they refused to refund us. So we drove over to Scoop N Scootery to get some replacement ice cream. Sean was incredibly sympathetic to our grumpy, icecream-less plight, replaced our order, and turned the whole night around! We now have late night ice cream and a new ice cream place we will go to in person 😊 Thank you, Sean!

Absolutely delicious. They have the best ice cream combos. The small size is so big.

Be prepared to enjoy your delicious treat....outside on the sidewalk. There is a table blocking the door to the entrance, COVID-19 regulations in 2024 I guess. A major plus is fast service.

My husband has been a chef for 30 years and the one thing he always says is there are three things to a successful restaurant, 1 is fresh ingredients 2 is the ability to combine those ingredients into exceptional menu items and lastly, customer service. Starting with the latter customer service, which includes the online ordering process which was extremely simple and hassle free. I won't go into the particulars suffice it to say, they walk you thruough every step of the way, from ice cream to toppings ect. Ordering online and picking up or having it delivered is the only way right now to purchase ice cream from them, due to they pandemic. When I arrived at the location there was a sign telling me to wait at the door where someone immediately spotted me, came over, asked my name and handed me the bag and that was it...very simple and hassel free. Service was timely efficient and they were very polite. There were 3 of us each with very different tastes. All three orders were impeccably put together and looked so delicious that words will fail to describe it. I will just say that this was probably the best ice cream experience I've ever had. The ingredients were so fresh that I'm sure they either make the ice cream on-site or have a commissary close by. The fresh made whipped cream was a stand out. It was so good...it was dense yet light and pillowy...it melted in my mouth. The chocolate was so sweet and decadent that I had to squint as I ate it... seriously, it was so sweet. The fresh fruit toppings were fresher than fresh as were ALL of the ingredients. The names of the menu items actually made me laugh, lol. Names like Banana Hammock tells me that they have a sense of humor too! One point of contention I feel I have to mention is the price. That's all I'm going to say about that if you want to know what I mean, go online and look at the menu. I will amend that by saying it was worth every penny. This place can do no wrong. Delicious ice cream flavors combined with fun ingredients to make awesome sundaes! Appreciate that the ice cream flavors are descriptive, so no need to ask a million questions about what each flavor is. The sundae flavor combinations are inspired, and soooo many to choose from! You can also make your own or adapt an existing combo, topped off with fresh whipped cream. Yikes, it was good! Love that the sundaes come in a variety of sizes, including "tiny" which is still pretty big, but manageable. Despite the long line, service was fast and efficient. Combined with a friendly atmosphere and a couple benches outside along with a small amount of seating inside, made for a great experience.

Holy smokes this place is amazing, outstanding, superb and oh so deliciously yummy!! Ordered ice cream sundaes and they were delivered before the estimated time which was cool. I ordered the "get fluffed up" sundae which consisted of chocolate ice cream with marshmallow and peanut butter toppings (wet) and topped with brownie chunks and graham cracker crumbs. They are generous with the toppings which I always appreciate. The ice cream was rich and fresh tasting. I got a medium and it was enormous and worth every single bite!! I'm so excited I can now order ice cream for delivery. Like duh, why didn't someone think of that before? Thanks so much! I'll certainly be stopping by and/or ordering delivery again soon!! 🍦🍧🍨🍫🍪 Oh and they have cookies, shakes, and other goodies as well! Open til 2am!

Gourmet sundaes that are delicious! Whipped cream is freshly homemade and toppings are plentiful. Generous portions and lots of options to choose from. Will definitely be coming back.

Everyone is so nice who works there, it's fast and the online ordering is easy. Well oiled machine with delicious ice cream.

I love this place so much, I don't even know where to begin! They have fantastic and creative sundaes, friendly and hard working staff, and it's just an overall fun local establishment. They work very quickly and efficiently - if we order delivery it typically estimates an arrival for an hour later but I don't think it's ever taken longer than 30min. We always bring friends and family when they visit and it's always a big hit! I can safely finish a "mini" on my own, anything larger leads to leftovers ... which isn't a bad thing. My favorite is Havana Banana and I usually add nutella whipped cream 😍

Beware: the mini is HUGE, basically a size large. You can easily share a mini with a friend and come away satisfied. Definitely a place for a sweet tooth. The vanilla is really good if you want to keep it simple.

Amazing ice cream place living in the 21st century! Order via the super convenient Toasty website and it's ready for pickup in 10 minutes. A little pricey but delicious! Many toppings to choose from and 3 size to make your own personal creation or choose from their signatures. They're open late (2am), so if you get a craving at midnight, no problem! They scoop the ice cream and then you scoot on out of there!

Never disappoints. Huge dollop of housemade whipped cream always seals the deal. Make sure you try a few flavors before you commit to one - the sundaes are awesome!

This place is amazing. The combos are delightful i highly recommend trying it. Everything Ive ever had has been excellent. Very easy to drive to as well if you are local.

My only complaint is you cannot go inside and you must order online before hand. It sometimes leaves you standing out in the rain or cold. Not sure if this is just a byproduct of covid or they truly don’t have the space anymore. An awning or tent would be a great fix.
