The staff at Dr Covert’s clinic is very unprofessional disrespectful and careless they do not care about your condition. They only care about saving their job people around in their community and also gossiping about patients I have never experienced the horrible things I have done experienced in the past two years and I’ve been going to Dr Covert since 2016 I have not seen Dr Covert personally in the past two years I have lost my job almost my home and everything I worked hard for due to illness that Dr Covert‘s office did not diagnose I had to literally go to a 24 hour emergency hospital after suffering for over 2 1/2 months. Once I was diagnosed from the hospital I was told to contact my PCP to be referred to a specialist it took more than three months for the office manager per se to contact a specialist for my kidneys I will be following up with the state board and also my lawyer due to all the hurting pain and suffering I endure while I was suppose to help get treatment from this doctors office.

WARNING: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Worst doctors office in Arkansas. All of the receptionists are rude and childish, and the physician could care less. Find ANY other doctor that will take your insurance.

The staff Very unprofessional ! Very RUDEEEE ! I’ve never dealt with a doctor’s office like this. I didn’t even want to see the doctor after dealing with the rude people. Especially the receptionist
