King Medical Clinic - Dr. Rachel King, MD

Mom of three here! I cannot express enough how much of an impact Dr. King and her medical staff has been on my family. I live almost 45 mins away and I am closer to a few other pediatric clinics and I would choose this clinic over and over again. I would make the drive over and over again. After being highly recommended by far many people, I recently in the past 4 months switched to this Pediatrics. We have had to come to the clinic a total of 6 times due to newborn visits, wellness check ups, and illness. Every single time a staff member walks into the room you are assigned, you and your child immediately become their only priority and it shows. I feel my children are in the best care possible. I hope that if any of the staff ever have a bad day, that they come to read this comment and know they put a mommas (and daddy’s) heart at ease.

We have been taking our toddlers here since they were born, and we've always had a great experience with Dr. King. Everybody in their office is very nice and we never have to wait for long before going back to a room, even when we're early for an appointment. I would truly and honestly recommend King Medical Clinic to anyone in search of a quality pediatrician!

My daughters just took my grand babies here and I love them They do thorough exams and listen to your questions

These people dont need to treat any one. I had Rocky mountain spotted tick fever. These people and miss king her self could not figure it out as i am now disabled from it. Also miss king will let her mom try and scam you for supposedly hitting her car and letting her have your information phone number what ever witch is against hippia act. So beware of this establishment as you wont get the right treatment and her mom trying to scam you.

No Knock to Dr. King, I’ve heard she’s nothing but capable and professional. However, her (receptionist) and staff are sub par, rude and lack the basic communication skills of even a decent human being. My wife is a patient there and every time she goes to an appointment she never has a pleasant encounter with the staff. Last thing is since my wife is a patient, and even thought she doesn’t like the staff she enjoys Dr. King, we set my son up through Tri Care with Dr. King as his primary care manager, it was relayed from their office to Tri care that they are taking new patients. When I call to make my sons appointment I was told that they will not see him period, they are not taking in any more patients. Fast forward 2 weeks they take in a new toddler and new born, because their family are patients there. But won’t take my son even though my wife has been a patient for years. So choose wisely cause we feel very cheated..

If I could give this place no stars I would. I had difficulty with my first child and messed up her birthday on forms and when I tried to change them I got screamed at by one of the nurses. I just called to get my daughter's shot records and of course I was welcomed with more attitude. I had a 3rd degree tear and I was so sleep deprived and all I could do was sit in my car and cry after my daughter's first appointment. They need better hold on their assistant nurses.
