AT&T Store

I went in with a new phone and Johnathan helped me update my account to include the new phone and he transferred my data for me. He was extremely helpful and very, very pleasant. Excellent A T & T service is why my family switched from Verizon and they continue to not disappoint.

Luis and Eve were a tremendous help getting a situation from hell sorted out for me! Eve the store manager was key in getting me a solution to my problem and talking to customer service support line which was clueless. Luis helped me set up my new phones and had amazing customer service skills. I will definitely be back with any new needs. They have won over a loyal customer!

Getting a phone can be a bit daunting. Joe really helped me out and explained how I had to much coverage on my plan which was great information. I have a family and friends plan which is totally worth it. Easy to get to in Harvard Square and they usually have 3 staff on hand which makes waiting non existent. Really important “I didn’t feel rushed”

Went to this store and witnessed a customer wanting to get a cheaper plan than $30 then got mad because it was too expensive, it is none of my business but people don't understand everything is worth money now a days. don't let people's opinions stop you from visiting this place, i never had an issue. they are friendly. and professional! Thank you!!

I had several visits to upgrade and replace phones over the past month; and the store manager, Michael Suavo, was a great help. He was always courteous, helpful, patient, and professional in explaining details and walking me through the process. Great service, all around.

I came into the store because I had many problems, however Luis and Morgan helped resolve all my issues in such a kind respectful and professional manner. They are Best and I will never go to any other store.

From my arrival in the store through the upgrade to my new iPhone, I had a totally positive experience at this store. Not only was the staff super helpful, courteous and informed, they were also fun! Love love love the customer service I get at this store!!! The employees r very helpful n patient. I was there a few days ago n had the opportunity to wk with Zach..I give him an A plus .he was extremely helpful n took extra time to explain everything I needed to know about my new device..I recomend this store highly n will be returning for sure

Jordan was outstanding, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Very personable and recommended the best services based on my needs. Fabio was great at giving advice as well and assisting in difficult questions I asked. They both should be highly praised as the best sales reps in this location.

The staff at this AT&T location have been very helpful, giving great tips about phones and providing a lot of clarity about promotions and plans. When I asked them for a very specific type of help that could only be handled externally, they took care of it right then with AT&T corporate people on the phone, which I had failed to accomplish on my own earlier. Frankie has been the staff member to help us 3 times now and we could not ask for better help. He's taken care of everything we wanted and had excellent suggestions.

Gabriel was extremely helpful in walking me through authorisation and getting a new sim card. Highly recommend. Thanks

Walked in on a Sunday evening @ 5PM an hour before closing time. Alex was there I believe he was the manager of the place, he was super friendly and provided me with an awesome new customer experience. He knew exactly what he was doing, helped me switch over a total of 4 lines within 30-40 minutes I was out of there! He made the whole process super easy.

Highly recommend him if you go there!

I came into fresh pond att store today and need help with my phone. Zack and Bobby both were awesome and helped me out. They did a review of my account and told me about a better plan. I’m on a joint account so I told them I will talk to the other person on my account and I would be back

I had great experience at this AT&T. The staff provided such a great atmosphere, I felt like I was part of their family. Traffic was slow at the time so all 3 people helped at some point in time. I left with a lower bill, my employee discount added to account & 2 new phones. Also seeing if I can get their new cable service, the technician is coming out to my house next week! Liz & staff- keep doing what you’re doing. I’m telling all my friends about you guys!

Jordan and Brandon were so helpful as I tried to navigate getting the best deal for getting new phones and changing my service. They went out of their way to explain everything- (which was a lot!) and to give me lots of options. I came in very frustrated after spending time trying to get this done online which didn’t go well at all. Brandon and Jordan restored my faith in AT&T again and I highly recommend that this be your wireless store!

I had an amazing experience at the AT&T Fresh Pond location. I stopped in quickly for a few accessories for my IPhone and was welcomed warmly. The manager and employee's give off such a great vibe- are knowledgeable and eager to assist. I couldn't of asked for a better experience!

Best location at a really easy location. The staff are very relaxed and helpful.
