The manager Kassandra and all of the staff are always so helpful and the and the pharmacy as well. The customer service is always great and the store is always organized and clean

This store BY FAR has the BEST customer service from their employees!! From front checkouts to the pharmacy smiling faces and cheerful hellos. Pharmacy personnel are ALWAYS helpful and nice. I've been to several Walgreens in my area and this store has THE BEST customer service out of ALL of them! I travel out of my way just to shop at this location because of the employees.

I love the people who work in the pharmacy. I have used the pharmacy for about two years now and they are always professional and friendly. I took my 12 year old (who hates injections) to get her flu shot and the pharmacist was so kind, taking time to make sure that she felt comfortable. This season my daughter suggested that it was time for us to go to Walgreens and get our flu shots! Time after time they treat you like you are their most important customer!

Love this location!!! The staff is so friendly & helpful, for the most part. ! Tonight I went in and was assisted by the pharmacy tech, who was so kind & helpful! My cashier (Lauren) was friendly & , as was as manager on duty (Mike). The store is always clean & organized & the sale items of special promotions are always marked, so you do not have to guess or go ask for prices/Etc.

I drove from Hoover to get my vaccination here, Cheryl the pharmacist made me feel like family as I'm not good getting shots. Chris(maybe I spelled wrong) was also amazing and friendly. The manager Kassandra up front and Paula were also a delight! I'm driving back for my second vaccination and also plan on doing so just to shop. I'd rather drive farther and receive this kind of AMAZING customer service than close to home with none! You've got GEMS at this location!!!

Although very inconsistent with the medications in stock, their customer service is 1000% better than the other Walgreens in Alabaster.

Went here to get both COVID shots and tests, the pharmacists and technicians were excellent. Tionna and Karalina made me feel very informed about the shots and their potential side effects, as well as how to receive my test results. Very much recommend this store.

Pharmacists are absolutely the best! They go above and beyond your expectations. Other employees are always friendly and the store is very clean.

The pharmacist at this location go above and beyond for their customers. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to pick up a prescription, even if it was just called in. Their friendliness and customer service has made us customers if this pharmacy for more than 10 years.

Been going here for years for my prescription refills. Staff is always super friendly! Their communication is phenomenal!

This is the exemplification of how a small store can be neat and fully stocked at the same time. I usually stop in here versus the convenience store next door. I definitely recommend it.
