Bath & Body Works

Dec 3rd around 12 minutes before they were closing,we went in and the friendly staff let us in,showed us to exactly where we needed to be to get our gift items. That was greatly appreciated. The best part was our cashier Jason,he laughed at my dumb jokes and made us laugh also. He was very friendly and full of joy as he checked us out. The world could use more Jason’s to make shopping such a pleasant one,especially when you are like us and run into stores right before they are closing.

Was in there the Nov 25th and bought products. Then couple days later when getting my points on app. It showed the points but at the same time took away my points. Went in today for candle sale day I brought in my receipts and showed to sale associate she said that I needed to call in Monday to customer service. Which I was ok with. Then few minutes later she located me in the store and said if I wanted I could use the points like I had received them for merchandise rather than trying to call and go through customer service. Which was well above beyond what she had to do. So shout out to the staff there and I will always be a loyal customer of there's. Thank You

Bath and Body Works never disappoint! The new location in Alliance is amazing, no more dodging potholes. The staff are both super friendly and super helpful! They really take the one on one approach if needed.

Everyone in this store is so absolutely amazing I try and come in as much as possible! Love talking to them about bath and body works! We all always share a story or 2 while in there! Every time I come in everyone is so nice and I never have a issue!

The store and staff are superb! The mall itself however, is quite sad as almost every store has closed. I am glad that for now anyway, Bath and Body remains open. It's nice to be able to actually smell the fragrances before you purchase them.

A lovely little aroma shop situated in the Carnation Mall. Very big, and with a wide variety of different products. The whole shop smells of scented candles and lotions, and it's quite calming and lovely. Their products are fantastic too, they smell great and do exactly what they say on the tin.

If you need a smell to distract you from your day to day life, this is where you go. I can sniff my way into all sorts of daydreams here.. from the beach, to the Mediterranean, or eating a cinnamon roll alone in the bathroom while my kids are looking for me, ( ..... that is what the cinnamon roll candle is for, no?) to lotions or candles for calming me down - it is all here. The staff is always so helpful, and will explain any coupons or questions!❤👍

I was shopping at a nearby store and stopped in when I saw that 3 wick candles were $10.00 off. Great selection of candles! The ladies working today were friendly and helpful

Staff is excellent! The selection isn't as great as the one at Belden, but that's understandable. The selection is still really great and quicker to get in an out than the Canton store
