Great coffee and other hot drinks. Cold and frozen drink selection is very good. Breakfast sandwiches are made fresh and excellent selection of baked goods and treats. Service is always the top priority here. Super clean environment and bathrooms.

This is one of the nicest Starbucks locations that I’ve ever been to! The staff was very friendly/kind and accommodated my change to my drink order that I had ordered online.

Never have I ever had a bad experience at any Starbuck. Always friendly service and calm atmosphere.

I work here so what can I say?? We're awesome! Love our drinks and food.

This store used to be very good and something changed around six months ago. Staff does not seem to be trained, store is poorly run. Update 10/23/2023. Passing thru again, took a chance and had a COMPLETELY different experience. Clearly they made some changes and it worked. Thank you Starbucks

My daughter and I come here often and LOVE the friendly service, comfy atmosphere, and outstanding coffee and food; especially the brown sugar & oatmilk iced coffee!

Brian and heidi and rest of the staff here are more then deserved of this commiseration, of my esteemed gratitude… they remind me if the origins of the west coast coffee stands in front of peoples houses. . Outstanding experience and friendly service.

This place is always packed, but it is definitely worth the wait. My kids and I always choose coffee recipes from tik tok. They always make them perfect without any complaints.

Always clean, prompt, and friendly. I use the mobile pickup option often from the Starbucks app. Never had an issue!

Drinks are great. Always busy when I order but never takes too long. Workers are super nice.

The store was extremely busy but the staff was amazing under pressure. Several customers came in the store and the drive thru was wrapped around the establishment.  I was greeted right away by the cashier. My order was ready quickly, the store was extremely clean, the staff is friendly and the drinks and food are always amazing.

This Starbucks was very busy today. The staff made up for the wait by being even nicer than usual. My chai tea latte was fab as usual and my mother's fancy oat milk, etc drink was, according to her, even better than usual. PS. The manager was training staff while they were handling the customers. Nuf said: I'm m impressed

I am addicted to the pineapple passion fruit lemonade with peach juice refresher.

I love this Starbucks. They seemed to have a rough go throughout covid and had some weird hours, but now they've got more normal hours and seem to have things on track. They are very friendly and know how to get those orders right! ~~ and they know what extra caramel means!! 😋

The service here is always so wonderful. The store is clean and so are their bathrooms!
The only issue I have is the parking lot layout is hard to manage, especially if you’re bad at parking like I am. But, the employees cannot help how the parking lot was laid.
I’m always happy to stop in here.

I would give 10 star in service if i could, i always order a very specific iced caramel macchiato and they managed to make it exactly the way i ordered it, in some other locations they always add more vanilla pumps or more caramel and this place made it perfect, thank you guys!

The staff was courteous, patient and friendly, willing to explain things to me!

I've already been to this very new Starbucks a couple of times and already love it. Yes, I'm already a Starbucks fan (perpetual Gold member), but this location stands out for several reasons. VERY roomy within the building and additional seating outside. NOT cramped even when "busy". In addition, staff are incredibly warm and accommodating.

Case in point, last night I went to pick up a drink done as a mobile order and decided to return a travel mug I'd already had to return prior. What COULD have been a difficult experience was made nearly effortless by the manager who took care of me. She understood my argument that I'd already had to return the originally purchased one and settle for much less valuable one based on inventory availability.

She graciously offered me the better model that was available and which was the equivalent of what I originally had. I'm sad though that she seemed somewhat nervous about "getting in trouble" for doing what was so clearly the obvious choice. If anything, she should be praised and applauded for honoring the Starbucks mission of creating incredible experiences for each and every guest. I wish I knew her name. Forgot to ask and wasn't on receipt.

It's not just the products that keep me coming back to Starbucks. It's the atmosphere and experience I have when I'm there. Love Starbucks and now Aberdeen is at the top of my list of favorite locations.
