The young ginger girl working the window was very kind and had amazing people person skills. Tropical smoothie has great customer service and fantastic smoothie’s. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Great food, great service and very clean inside. The employees were super friendly and were fun and upbeat. You could tell they enjoyed working and wanted the best guest experience for their customers! I will be back to try more food! The chicken bacon ranch Flatbread was great. Looking forward to trying one of their grilled cheese next time.

This is a little bit pricey but definitely worth it. Between the wraps and flat bread sandwiches and the peanut butter or banana baham momma's is very good.

Since leaving California, we thought there wouldn't be a lot of places to go for healthy and fast choices. This place is both, and it's great tasting.

Cafe Meria in Charlevoix has the greatest smoothies —— but…. if I’m in Petoskey these are the greatest 😜

The wonderful lady Sky, greeted us by asking us to be patient and telling us she would be right with us...and she was! We could tell the people before us were being extremely rude and Sky never stopped smiling and being so kind. She is extremely helpful and my new favorite drink, PB Cup sub white chocolate, is because of her! I’ve been here many times and Sky is always so amazing. She is truly an asset to this company! Even when short staffed and/or dealing with some not-so nice customers, the employees here don’t disappoint...ESPECIALLY YOU SKY! Thank you for always being so amazing! We will be back soon :)

Tropical smoothie is wonderful. When going through the drive thru the other day, Sky took very good care of my elaborate order. She had a very upbeat attitude and an infectious smile. Customer service was top notch. Pomegranate plunge is #1!!!!

This place is great! Staff was very helpful. I had never been here before and The employee named Sky suggested the hurricane. What a great drink! Even with the busy drive thru I felt like the service was very professional. It is great to see smiling faces and people enjoying their work place. Thank you, I will definitely be back and looking forward to trying the wraps.

This is one of my new favorite places to go! Haylee took my order and she was super polite and sweet. It was my first time ever being at a Tropical Smoothie so I was unsure of what to get, but Haylee recommended the Cranberry Truffle one and now I’m addicted! I definitely recommended going there, but just please aware that they’re understaffed and it might take a few minuets to get your order!

Adina was so nice! I've never had a smoothie from here before so she asked me what I liked. She told me the Hurricane smoothie is amazing and I agree! It kind of reminds me of how the Naked Red Machine drink tastes!

I finally got the chance to try Tropical Smoothie Cafe today and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Avocolada😋The employee was super sweet and thanked me for being patient, even though the wait didn't bother me at all.
There's a nationwide employee shortage, so be kind!

I am so excited Tropical Smoothie Cafe is in Petoskey now! My family and I have gone several times now and the food/drinks were amazing! All the employees have been super nice! This past visit the manager named Sky (love your name btw) suggested the Detox Island Green Smoothie and I was surprised at the flavor. It was so so good even with all the green in it. LOL!
I also enjoyed the Thai chicken wrap.

Yum!! Fun and out of the ordinary menu. Very good food!! Didn't have a drink but imagine they are terrific too! Wish I didn't live 60 miles away in ham and American cheese land! LOL

Drive thru was packed but got out in less than 5 minutes awesome job thank you! 😊

My favorite is the detox island green - I’ve tried to recreate it with my own blender and I just can never make it as smooth and perfectly blended like they do!

Best wraps ever. Loved the Cajun shrimp wrap ans Caesar. Their kale apple slaw is the best too! Good stuff.

This place is on point! Orders are always correct. Haylee is one of the best! Nvr let's me down when she recommends a new drink or food item. Be patient and kind!
