Caribou Coffee

Decided to try this place today, I’ve seen it being built and wanted to apply, and just wanted to try the coffee out first.
Line was into the street. Understandable! It’s been open for 2 days now and the wait was most certainly worth it.
You could hear the smile in Gabby’s voice when she greeted us. Immediately welcomed us after getting a name for the order, put a smile on my face and had me very excited to try the coffee.
I got the frozen lavender matcha with bubbles and a lemon loaf. Lemon loaf was so very warm in the best way and the frozen lavender matcha made me laugh, it was so good, tasted like the matcha ice cream from Häagen-Dasz. It was amazing; I’m still drinking it making this review, to emphasize. Only thing near a ”complaint” is that the lemon loaf was snug in the paper, but on the bright side, easy to get out. Best thing about that is no crumbs in the car!
Furthest from disappointed with this place. Definitely will be here more!

I’ve gone a handful of times now and coffee is always great - can tell they’re still working on things. each time my drink has been slightly different but hoping with time service will get better

This morning’s staff was awesome. It’s a brand new store and they were fast and friendly! My coffee was great!

Pretty expensive for 2 people to get 2 drinks and 1 sandwich. Total was nearly $30 and they have you sign any receipt over $20.

Cute little shop. Menu design is simple and easy to look at. The service itself required a lot of repeating and was awkward. Everyone I'm sure is new at this location so I'll give the benefit of the doubt on that one. Drinks were mediocre. Sandwiches were hot, but again mediocre. Enjoyed the croissant bun situation but the rest of it was messy and lacked flavor.

Not exactly worth the money. Bigby down the street is better quality at the same price.

Blended turtle mocha has such a strange flavor, almost taste like cleaning products. Not sure if it’s the syrup used? Also got a bacon egg and cheese bagel and the bagel was very soft and chewy. The bagels aren’t toasted fyi. I’ve been so excited for a new close coffee place but it missed the mark. $13 wasted. And I’m not the type to waste coffee. Lol. I’m going to try another coffee in hopes it won’t have that same taste. The building itself is very nice and convenient location. Staff was very nice and helpful as well.

I know they’re new, but this place was chaotic. I ordered a decaf iced white mocha with lavender cold foam from the menu. The only customized thing about this is decaf. The drink they handed me was hot and not decaf. I asked them to please make it cold with cold foam and decaf (I can’t have caffeinated coffee for health reasons) and they made another hot white mocha and added the cold foam to the hot drink (??) AND they told us there would be an upcharge for doing so (AND I never ended up getting what I ordered lol). Overall overwhelming experience, but I know they are not newly opened. Err on the side of over explaining what you want. Also pretty expensive. $20 for two medium coffees and a bagel.
