Was greeted immediately. Helpful and friendly. The store was clean and layout friendly. They were out of the phone i wanted, strangely, as it was on display. I feel they could carry more variety. We ain't all Apple and high end Samsung users. I did find a phone tho and the porting and registration went quickly. Happy US Cellular customer.

We have had great experiences at this location and yesterday was no exception. Lisa helped us with a new plan and phone. Excellent service from her and there was no wait. This is our store!

I'm seeing allot of people bitching about the wait time. all you have to do is call in and make an appointment. I was able to get in right away. I was stuck there for about an hour and a half for a phone upgrade but that's not their fault. The people there are nice and eager to help.

Great experience at US Celluar today. Knowledgeable individual who worked with us. Busy but never felt like we were being rushed to get to next customer.

Great service, have to wait but it shows they give good quality time in helping ALL of their customers. I've never been treated poorly by anyone at this us cellular location.
