Went to look for new bed and found the perfect one for me.

The store was actually closed when I got there but Diana and Marti were there changing pricing (sales) tags and let me in to try out beds. I had my own private showroom! Diana took great care of me and helped me find the right one! Highly recommend this store!

Went in to browse available pillows and the store associate Ryan assisted me. He seems like a genuine guy, not speaking from a script and really wants to help you find what you need. I got all the information I needed and definitely felt like I could ask any questions I wanted and receive an honest answer. So even though the prices could have been overwhelming, I had a very positive experience overall.

Diana was wonderful! Helped us get exactly a what we wanted, in and out the door, within 1/2 hour! Would recommend her to anyone!

Dianna was a great salesperson! I walked in not knowing what I wanted and she helped me through the whole process. She was very friendly and so easy to talk to. I left feeling very happy with my purchase.

I seldom write reviews...to be clear... having said that, my sales reps name is Parker. Parker is absolutely awesome. She did not come at me in the typical "sales" approach. She understood the product line, she presented all of the options i had and literally was just a pleasure to work with. Working with Parker, made it easier for me as the customer to make a decision on what i need.

Selling mattresses is a HARD job! Selling a mattress for anywhere from 2-8k is not an easy thing to do, making the customer comfortable with the choices and clarity of the product line is about the best way you can approach this! Thank you Parker!!

Very friendly and was able to narrow down the choices considerably for what I wanted, as well as helped me understand my thresholds for firmness and what was essentially plush. Dianna was very helpful when finding my new bed! Found a bed that was reasonably priced before I made my decision she wanted to make sure it’s the one I wanted. Went back and laid on a few others and ended up getting a really nice one instead of the cheaper one. Very happy with my decision and being a customer !

Dianna was a great help picking out our new mattress. It was in stock and delivered promptly with a great sale price. A few weeks later I stopped in to buy a few pillows. Lindsey had me in and out the door quickly. They had the pillows in stock I wanted and couldn't find elsewhere. Great experience on both occasions.

I went in to the Alliance store just to see what was available, figuring I would lay on some mattresses, be unable to figure out what I needed and wouldn't really get any advise from any employee on what would be good for me because that's the experience I've always had. But Dianna Goodrich greeted me at the door, asked questions about what I was looking for and even picked the best pillow for me to try with the mattresses she thought might help my back and hip issues. She showed me 4 mattresses, explaining the details of each one and gave me as much time as I needed to try them out. I bought the medium Tranquility mattress AND the pillow she had chosen. I expected to have to give the mattress some time before it really felt good but I slept for 10 hours the very first night!! I haven't slept more than 3 hours at a time for years. I have so much thanks and gratitude to give to Dianna!! She was the best!!!

Dianna was such a huge help! She was so sweet and really took the time to make sure we got the best deal possible while making sure it was what was best for us. We have 2 small children and she helped us with them by playing and entertaining them. They loved her! Thank you dianna!!

Lindsay helped us find our new bed and was very helpful in the process! We got to try a lot of different mattresses and found one I really liked. Hopefully it helps my back pain! They're going to do the whole set up process for us in 5 days :)

Lyndsey was very helpful in our quest for a new mattress. The first we one we picked out didn't turn out how we had hoped and Lyndsey once again helped us to exchange that one for one that suited us better. Very nice and helpful people here.

Lindsay was absolutely amazing to deal with! I previously went to 5 other mattress stores and left with a headache and no bed. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. She got straight to the point without dragging on my stay and got me out the door with exactly what I was looking for!

Had a great experience and we bought the bed that she showed us and we loved it and we will be coming back again and sending other people here to see her

I walked in not knowing what I was wanting in terms of a mattress, and Ethan was able to help me find exactly what I wanted! He was super helpful and professional. I was able to get a great deal in a short amount of time and felt comfortable with my purchase. 10/10 I will definitely go back for my next mattress!

lindsay was the kindest soul. i drove an hour just to come to the alliance location because i read so many amazing reviews about lindsay and the store. i’m beyond blessed that i too got to have such a pleasant experience with her! not only was she dealing with an unfortunate and frustrating customer situation while simultaneously tending to me, but she did it flawlessly. she went above and beyond with my toddler as well, giving him snacks, playing with him and letting him roam around. she recommended the most perfect mattress match for me and i couldn’t be any happier! she is fabulous and the most generous woman. if you’re mattress hunting please stop in and work with lindsay, she’ll change your outlook on what customer service entails! loved her!

Needed to get a new mattress and adjustable bed. Tim, was so patient, and helpful. If you know of anyone needing new mattress, or anything Mattress Warehouse sells, make sure to ask for Tim, Very informative and truly loves what he does. It shows. Made sure we ordered quality on a budget.
